I went in to get a vaccum fixed. I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong. The Store Manager Jace was the one to help me. All I have to say is wow! While Jace offered to fix the vaccum, I asked about what other options I had.
It is rare in this world to run across someone who is excited about what they do as much as I would guess Jace does. He was extremely professional He was knowledgeable about everything in his store.
I will say this, I got an education in finding the exact product I needed. I bought a used vacuum and I took it home. Jace assured me that this vacuum was perfect

Worst vacuum place in the south Denver Metro area. $270 to pull a piece of paper off of the fan casing...Then the sales manager responds very rudely when questioned and will not let you speak to anyone else like he's the end of the line. Unprofessional, over priced, and we will never do business anywhere this guy is employed.

This place is awesome! Jason is a magician and oh so thorough! He offered to trade in my dyson animal (yes the original). I like the vacuum so we continued down the path of fix not replace. He replaced my hose and filter. And now I have my vacuum back. This is the place to go if you want to get your vacuum up and running

I went there a few months ago to get my vacuum repaired. They told me it would be ready in 3 days so I came back at the time it should have been ready. When I came in, they told me that they couldn't repair some part of it because they needed my permission. First they should have called me. But they did let me take a vacuum cleaner until mine was fixed. The main associate was nice and professional. But as I was trying to understand my options as far as the repairs were concerned and the cost, I asked a question that the kind associate couldn't give a definite answer. Firstly there is a name change and new management about this store. It's now known as More Than Vacuums. I was in need of one that worked b/c my dirt devil is crap. Walked in looking for a vacuum. Looked around and was approached by the sales rep, Jay. Very helpful and knowledgable but most importantly honest about what used vacuums they had in stock.
He suggested a Riccar at my exact price point that I was looking for and even hooked me up with some really nice Hepa-bags at a good discount.
Exactly what I was looking for with no harassment or pushiness.

Awful. Ridiculous. Overpriced. High pressure sales. Unhelpful. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in years. I'm told this store is under new ownership (my receipt says it's now a branch of More Than Vacuums). That's a shame, because they're taking this place nowhere but down.

Horrible customer service. I watched them mistreat the customer in front of me. Then was told that after having my vacuum for over 60 days it is not repaired and possibly not in the shop anymore. They refused to give me the vacuum. Would not let me speak to the service manager, or give me his full name. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I had a bad experience getting my vacuum cleaner fixed. I was in the process of moving and told them I needed it back by a certain day. They promised it would not be a problem but it was not ready in time, and I had to make an extra trip back to Denver. When I got the vacuum cleaner home, it fell apart requiring a second trip back to Denver. Overall, it would have been cheaper and more convenient to buy a new vacuum.

Warning: I had my tried and true Singer sewing machine serviced here. The service actually made the machine run worse and my thread broke constantly. Also, the bobbin winder they fixed febrile a few months later. When I brought it back they were "under new ownership" and offered to "fix" it at a rate of $100. I'd already paid that much the first time around and have no reason to trust they know what they are doing after having made it worse the first time.

I have an expensive Dyson vacuum and through some rough treatment, I had it out of alignment and unable to use. After two weeks of searching for a true Dyson repair shop, I discovered All Ray's. This is a second-generation, highly professional, and organized business. They took my Dyson machine apart, repaired it, cleaned it, and interfaced with Dyson to use my warranty. These are very sharp, capable people.

Fantastic service, I had no idea that this store was here, but I was incredibly happy to find it. Since discovering it I've purchased two vacuums, one for myself and one for a Mother's Day gift! We had one minor problem with one of our Riccar's, and when I called the staff was super friendly and had it fixed within minutes. I look forward to returning anytime a family member has a birthday!

This place is awesome. I brought two vacuum cleaners here about a year ago and, amazingly, they still work! After spending what felt like (and probably was) $thousands over the years on high-end, expensive vacuum cleaners that could never stand up to the small petting zoo of dogs and cats at my house... I found All Rays. I am thankful for the schooling I received there on vacuum cleaners. As someone who vacuums nearly every day, I need a machine that will last. Left the shop with two older model refurbished vacuum cleaners that have out performed all their predecessors--plus, they're so cute
