They are a joke not professional and responsive, poor quality and value I switched with them because they gave me a lower quote when I cancelled my insurance to go with them my quote changed and their under writters was suppose to fix it but been 3 mths and nothing have happened but the rate went higher and I have filed a complaint that star is only to give a review

Unfortunately had to change agents as there was no consistency and I had to reach out 2 or 3 times before receiving a reply.
**EDIT - Switched to Geico now as Statefarm didnt even transfer me. such a joke

Anyone who is considering changing insurance companies or looking for a new policy should go sign up with State Farm!! Especially my girl Camille at the Scott McDowell location! My old insurance company was charging me double of what I’m paying at SF! Camille is super friendly & makes sure you have a full understanding of your policy, very quick with any type of communication or response. I’m supper thankful to be covered by the best!!

James was amazing. I had a lot of questions that he was able to answer most of right away. When he didnt know the answer, he said so and got back to me later after researching it rather than make something up which is a quality most people lack. Highly recommend James and will be in touch with him again.
