I was referred to Essential Endodontics for a root canal. The entire administrative staff team at the front were very courteous and completing paper work online before arriving was a breeze. Dr Jung was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. The procedure went through very smoothly and I am so glad I went with the recommendation. I'm just glad I didn't snore in the little bit that I dozed off. Thank you Essential Endodontics!!

I was TERRIFIED to get THREE root canals! However, Dr. Jung and his staff were AMAZING! I called five times before my first appointment. They answered all my questions, understood the fear, and never made me feel bad for all my questions. Dr. Jung was kind and always asked how I was doing through every procedure. I can not thank them enough for helping me through a horrible fear of mine!

I am a very critical person when it comes to dentistry. My visit here was more than expected. Dr. Clark and staff made me feel at ease and I actually fell asleep during 2 root canals. I only wish they did more than root canals.

I was scared of the idea of getting a root canal and had put it off for way too long. My dentist, Dr. Paris, recommended that I see Dr. Jung over at Essential Endodontics.
It turned out to be a walk in the park. It didn’t hurt. I should’ve done this long time ago!!! I was eating good food by the time dinner was served. Just a great experience given the rather cloudy situation!

I was super nervous and after stepping inside I began to calm down. The front desk greetings and checkin made me feel like I chose the right place. Dr. Jung was exactly what I expect and need. He was very clear in his approach to the procedure, explaining step by step what was going on. He was very calming. Through his confidence, I trusted him. He finished early, was neat, easy to ask questions to, and together with his assistant I received the very best care. Honestly, I thought, oh wow, what else could I get him to do! I went to this Endodontics clinic last June 11. I waited months to check if I’ll feel anything after the root canal procedure I had. When I called, they are able to get me an appointment as soon as they can exactly the next day after I tried calling in for an emergency patient. I was in pain for more than a week and some clinics has longer wait time. I’m so glad I’m able to find this clinic. The receptionists are very pleasant too.
Its Dr. Jae Ha Jung that did the root canal procedure to me. He is very thorough and he made sure that I am not feeling any discomfort during the process. He

Willow Park office was great from Hailey at desk to Amanda and Dr Chen. I was anxious but the process was quick and efficient and Amanda and Dr Chen we’re so calm and caring it put me at ease! If a root canal is necessary, then I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr.Malagise in Waco. I am absolutely mortified of having any dental work done and he made my root canal experience excellent! I had no pain whatsoever, I mean 0 pain, which is way better than any other root canal I have ever had done in my life. Great addition to the Waco area! Kudos!

Dr. Jae Ha Jung, D.D.S.

Dr Jae Ha Jung was amazing!!!! He was so kind and gentle. I'm afraid of needles and let me tell you, I couldn't feel a thing when he was numbing my mouth. He has Magic Hands. He was calm and very knowledgeable. He talk me through the whole procedure and made me feel safe. His assistant was very attentive and gentle as well. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing office.

I am a difficult patient. I'll just admit that up front. I was amazed at the tolerance and kindness showed by Dr. Jae Ha Jung. He clearly knows what he is doing and is very good at reading a patient's discomfort. He did my dreaded root canal and I would go back to him in a heartbeat if I needed another one. That says a lot. He does great work and keeps his cool. Highly recommended!
P.S. the staff is also very friendly and the place is really clean.
