Buckminns D & D Harley-Davidson

Love the former Buckminns Harley-Davidson. Now Harley-Davidson of Xenia the people that work there are friendly and will help you in any way they can. One of my favorite places to visit.

I didn't even want to put a star but had to choose at least one star.. I have had NOTHING but PROBLEM'S out of the service department.. EVERYTIME I took my bike there to have work done on it, I would have to take it somewhere else to get fixed.. They ever left a BOLT OFF my Exhaust pipes, and it busted my back break fluid thing. I left it there for 30 days while on Vacation and they still didn't replace the bolt they left off. The bolt I had to put on it is still on it.. I almost lost my back breaks because of it.. They lie and say they worked on it and didn't but wanted to charge me for it.. I

The welcoming atmosphere and the employees at Buckminn’s D&D HD are untouchable! There isn’t a dealer in the Tri State that compares to the friendly and compassionate service we receive there. I am a second generation customer from over four decades of loyalty and will continue to be for decades to come.

Buckminn's D&D Harley Davidson was the starting point of a motorcycle ride held on 9/11. Being a former Harley rider myself who purchased my bike from this dealership, I can say from experience that Buckminn's is the best Harley dealer in the greater Dayton area for buying and servicing your bike!

The staff at Buckminn's is so easy to work with. I am a new HD buyer and have been in the store just one time. I live out of state and have had to contact the dealership several times concerning the title transfer and parts that I have ordered for the bike. Everybody at the dealership treats me like I am a regular, which is just amazing to me. They have made this purchase so seamless and easy for me. I plan on dropping by every time that I am in Ohio!

I used to purchase my bikes from here. Used to be fairly decent. Last few times I’ve had contact the staff who answered the phone was rude. Almost sounded like she was upset she had to answer a call. Transferred to sales to check on a bike. Didn’t have it in stock and was pretty uninterested in helping me. I’m a whim I stopped in, aside from all the HD gear/junk etc, the place was empty. Had two bikes. Said it was because of COVID. Maybe… but there are a few other dealers in the area that have plenty of bikes in stock.

Always a pleasure to do business here. Rob in the Service Dep't is first-class. Kent & crew in Sales Dep't are always friendly, knowledgable & professional. No reason to go anywhere else. 5- stars!

I bought my third new bike here on 4/28/21 and could not be any happier. They have always been fair to me on my trade-ins. My wife has bought two used bikes here also. It's tough for dealership to get all the new bikes they want now with the new bike sales being down as they are. They did not have the color bike that I wanted. I asked Kent if he could locate one. I told him I would pay more if he could make it happen. He was quick to tell me that is not the way they do business. He said the price would be what we had discussed. Comfortable atmosphere, with very friendly staff. The dealership had great social distancing measures set up.
Just purchased and looking forward to some windshield time .
