Amazing customer service. I had a spot looked at in the Sylvania office and when I realized I would need a different provider in network to do the procedure, Beth spent a ton of time explaining things, gave me a referral for a different provider and walked me through everything! I’m not sure if I was rerouted to Perrysburg on the phone or still in Sylvania but Thank you Beth! Exceptional service!

I have to say that the office at Dermatology Associates was extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don’t want to work with your insurance company to cover the expense of the visit, Andrea just tells you that we have bad insurance. She was very rude and condescending to us as clients and refused to work with us and our insurance provider. We actually have the best insurance coverage in all aspects that we have ever had. My wife and I will never return to this facility because of the actions of the office.

My daughter and I have both always received excellent care at Dermarology Associates. The office staff is always very welcoming and scheduling does a great job at getting us in for appointments in a timely manner.
The Nurse Practitioner Kaleigh Henzler is always pleasant, very knowledgeable, and takes her time to see that all of my questions are answered.

The staff was nice however I had a huge issue with a medication they put my on to help treat some irritation around my nose. I had seen them several times concerning the issue and it was getting worse however is was never resolved keeping me on the medication cause they thought that it would help me & thinking it was a different topical medication.I went in specifying that my skin is very sensitive and that I already had very dry skin Issues in the past. It ended up being a full body drug reaction to an oral Doxycyline that they never caught and I had to spend over $300 between their office and

My mother went in for an appointment that is a version of a MOHS procedure with the staff PA. She was short, rude, distant and disengaged. She would barely look at or even respond to my mother. She skirted around questions and didn't give actual answers. She was so worried about leaving the room I can't be sure all the cancer was removed. CANCER!!!! I asked my mom to get the spot check because I didn't like the way it looked or felt. When she removed the spot she acted like it was a bother, said it wasn't cancer and was reluctant to even send it to the lab. Well, thank goodness

Front desk people are unhelpful and unfriendly. I read another review that mentioned that the front desk people treat you like an "inconvenience." This is spot on. I had a poison ivy rash over half of my body and the doc prescribed me a tiny tube of steroids that ran out after only a few days. I was absolutely miserable. I called at 9am and explained my circumstance and asked for help getting another prescription called in asap. I never heard back so I called again at 2pm to get an update. The woman I spoke to previously said she had "no clue" what the status of my prescription was. I asked her

I saw a PA for an initial appointment and full body scan. This PA went so fast that I had to ask if she checked certain areas of concern. It took a month to get in for an appointment and I had a few questions I wanted to ask. She was so emotionally distant and clearly ready to leave the room that I hurriedly blurted out my questions within the 5 minute appointment. Some of my questions were half-heartedly answered, which I suppose was the best part about the experience.

Before I knew it, she was halfway out the door and I barely could ask her about how the check-out procedure worked (since I was

I randomly went in for a full body check because I ran into someone who encouraged me to do so...and I was having some hormonal acne post-pregnancy. Dr. Thaler caught a precancerous growth on my back that I had never noticed. She was professional, fast, and thorough, as well as easy to talk to, and I will be going in regularly to get checked as this finding now puts me at higher risk. I would like to add it was in a spot that did not see the sun--ever--so it's most likely genetic. On top of that, she gave me a topical prescription that is helping with my hormonal acne! EVERYONE should go to see

Dr Stierman is amazing! Absolutely love her and how she takes her time and really listens. Today I saw a P.A. that was very condescending and rushed through the appointment. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes and I was there for my complete body scan. This particular doctor needs to learn that even though you apply sunscreen, you can still get a tan and will still have tan lines! And just because she had a smile on her face doesn't mean she wasn't rude and extremely condescending!! I will continue to go back only because the staff and nurses and Dr Stierman are amazing

We saw Mimi the PA for my daughters warts. We’ve been battling almost 20 of them all over her hands for years. No one seemed to think it was a big deal and we had seen many other dermatologist. Mimi was aggressive in her treatment plan and I’m happy to say my daughter is just about wart free. Thank you all for all you do. Very professional and very thorough. We will continue to use them as our go to dermatologist.

This is a review of the aesthetics business. I had an late afternoon appointment for a consult with Aesthetician. Left work early and showed up only to be told she was out sick and there was no one to see me. I never received a call or anything. Totally unprofessional!

To be honest I I feel that the doctors, nursing staff, and Jarrod the aesthetician were welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. My disappointment comes with the receptionists. During my visit I was in contact with three various receptionists. Not one smile, or friendly gesture came from any of them. In fact, when I was talking to the aesthetician and the receptionists actually shushed us. Now, I can take being asked to be quiet if I'm being too loud, but I would expect someone to do this in a more respectful manner. Simply reminding us that there was a massage happening would have sufficed

I went there three times. First time I had a terrible rash and was in so much pain by the time I went to the Dr. that that physicians assistant went and got the actual Dr. at which point I got excellent care. Although they insisted on making follow-up appointments for follow-up appointments which I found a little dishonest.

The 2nd and 3rd time I went back for hair loss and a rosacea. I got the same physician assistant who was clearly just as clueless as the first time, but now refused to admit it. I was told there was really nothing anyone could do for me (but I might try some shampoos and/or

This is a review for Ada Aesthetics. After finally coming out victorious in a war against acne, I had a lot of battle scars leftover on my face that were a bit too unsightly for my taste. Now I never expected to achieve a perfect complection, but I expected better results based on the amount of money I shelled out. My dermatologist recommended a microdermabrasion, but the aesthetic technician said that a chemical peel would take care of my acne scars. In total, I had 3 chemical peels for just under $400. I know, that's a crazy amount of money and I completely regret the decision because there

Unfortunately, there is a scarcity of dermatologists in the Toledo area.

I was scheduled to see a physician's assistant at this particular clinic after a referral from another medical center. It was hands down one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. It was glaringly obvious that this woman was not very knowledgeable...and to make matters worst, she was condescending. You can't hide behind a big smile and an overly enthusiastic voice...patients know when you're not listening, and they can tell when you don't care about their concerns.

In summary, it was a
