This place was recommended to me, for one particular provider. The front office staff is so rude and unprofessional, acts very short with you. They don’t explain anything well and they charge you all these fees and deposits without explaining anything to you why they are charging them. They made a comment to me asking why I wanted a particular provider and I explained that she was recommended to me, and the front desk lady said “ugh.” I questioned her and she said she was annoyed that day because the computer system was working slowly. Okay? Very strange.

This place is terrible. I had 2 appointments with a psychiatrist. I gave it my best shot but after 2 appointments I was still having a really hard time understanding her. Not only that, but when I mentioned I went through a break up her advice was for me to change how I look and dress. Who says that?? When I called the office to try and switch to someone else and explained the reasoning, that it just wasn’t the right fit they were very rude and defensive. Was prescribed medication for anxiety. She forgot she upped the dosage from one month to the next. A month beyond this she forgot to inform the pharmacy about the change. Ran out of medication, during a weekend when they were closed, boarder line had seizures from not taking it. No emergency support line. No direct contact to the prescriber. Randomly spits out diagnosis about being bi-polar or adhd without any therapy to back it. Absolutely terrible and dangerous to anyone who is in need of actual help.

Yes the receptionist not all but there is one that is very rude ,I know you deal with patient with mental illness but pls respect them too.Don’t assume that everybody is illiterate.The reason they are there coz they are sick.Pls don’t hire crazy people,I know they deal with patient virtually but pls show your patient respect.

***PLEASE BEWARE** please read the review for this place before you decide to continue with them as your provider. They do not truly care about their patients, they are only concerned about collecting your money. The billing department is very unprofessional and blatantly told me they dont care about the medication I am taking. Nothing is done to take care of the patients, the providers are also very cold in their approach, Please beware and god for bid they leave a voicemail if you aren't able to pick up the 5 minute phone call they call a doctors appointment you are charged with $50 fee.

STAY AWAY. Read this review till the very end. UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. UNHELPFUL. I requested and made an appointment with a particular doctor at this practice. Last minute the appointment was switched to a different doctor unbeknownst to me. As I tried to resolve the issue, the young man was not at all accommodating, instead was trying to convince me that the other doctor was in fact better and that there must have been a good reason for the switch. CHERRY ON TOP: Still thinking that I am signed for a session with my original doctor, I clicked on the Zoom link AND WAS LET IN ON SOMEBODY ELSE'S SESSION

Looking for a psychiatrist? You're better off elsewhere. The front desk is rude and cold! The billing department will mess up your bill and "lose" proof of your payment. Then will endlessly bombard you with aggressive attempts to get your money like loan sharks. For the front desk staff, people who deal with clients should be kind and courteous. Im not sure who did their training because these people will only increase their patients anxiety!! The doctors can be OK. I had one that only spoke with me for 10 minutes. I don't know why others have said such horrible things about this place because I absolutely love it!!! I finally found a place where my needs are being met! My Psychiatrist Dr. Oyvin is absolutely wonderful! My Therapist Linda is an Angel in disguise and I absolutely adore her. The staff has been nothing but kind to me. I 10000000% recommend this place!!!!! Do not listen to the bad reviews because they are definitely wrong!

I am writing a review on behalf of a friend/loved one. Avoid this practice at all costs, especially if you are in crisis. They will make your crisis worse. The psychotherapist was rude, prying, condescending, and incredibly unprofessional. This psychotherapist made glaring and obvious mistakes on a very important form needed for employment and insurance purposes. I’ve been going here for a few years now. I’ve gone through 3 different psychiatrist at this place and all have been great and accommodating for the most part. However I am now having issues contacting them for an appointment. I’ve called and left voicemails with my name and number multiple times over the last three weeks, all within the business hours, and have not received a call back. I’m out of my medication which has been expressed on those voice mails and nothing back. Really disappointed and forced to go to another establishment
