Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Everything started off good. Salesman was really nice and very helpful. Done everything over the phone and online. I had already confirmed with the salesman where I wanted to be payment wise, payoff wise and so on. Let him know I have a 4 month old baby at home and soon as the paperwork… was done I would come in to sign once they have me the terms. Salesman wouldn’t give me an financing info over the phone. Wanted me to just come in and sit down to discuss. I Let them know that I would much rather talk over the phone

I had a great car buying experience HOWEVER....I mentioned I was buying a car to a friend, she immediately went online & checked out the inventory, tagged along & purchased a vehicle on the same day! This was in March & I STILL haven't received my referral fee! I've reached out to my awesome salesman and have had my friend reach out to her sales rep. Is the referral fee even a real thing? This issue has been my ONLY negative experience with Woody Anderson in Madison.

This location has absolutely the best staff. Elijah really took care of me. He layed out every single detail and left no corners unchecked. He was very professional and made you feel at home.
