Picked up our two e-bikes from Sierra E-Bike a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier with our new toys! Sierra E-Bikes has many bike choices and educated us on each brand. My husband and I bought two of the same brand but before picking his up, changed his mind and wanted another. Sierra E-Bike made the switch easy and we were still able to get both bikes on time and get riding. Love that we have a local bike shop with such outstanding selection and service here in Penn Valley.

Dion and son, Andrew, listen to what your wants and needs are and then suggest multiple bikes that fit your criteria. I brought my Surface 600 in for my first complimentary service. The staff was very accommodating, timely, and thorough. The tech called to let me know how to better maintain my chain and I learned to measure the chain to maintain good standing with my warranty. I was amazed at how much more inventory was there than even a few months ago when I purchased my new most favorite addition to my life! Thanks Sierra E-Bike!

Dion and his staff are the best! My wife and I bought 2 mountain bikes and have been riding them all over Northern California and Oregon. Both of our bikes had similar issues with the derailleurs and Dion went out of his way to fix the problem. They have worked perfectly ever since. They always return the bikes back to us in immaculate condition after service and fix issues that we didn't even know were there. I can't say enough about the quality of their repair service and their customer service is top notch!

Great products but AMAZING service! My wife spoke with Andrew a week prior to us coming in. He had a broken down short list of options for me when I called. We went in to test out a few Ebikes and the whole team was wonderful. They explained everything and took care of our whole family. Best service we've had with a vendor for anything in years!

Absolutely incredible customer service!! Their website does not do the shop justice. They carry hundreds of bikes – many more than listed on their website. If you are looking for something specific, CALL THEM! The bike techs are outstanding and very knowledgeable about their products – and will take the time to answer all your questions. The owner is outstanding, extremely knowledge, and willing to go the extra mile to solve any issues. We drove 2 hours (from Reno) to have our e-bikes serviced and they have gained us as loyal customers. We will continue to drive 2 hours for any future e-bike

Excellent customer service!!! Went in to find an Ebike for my wife with the hope that we would be able to sit on a few and maybe take a test ride. Well, we were greeted by Andrew as soon as we walked in and he listened to what my wife felt she wanted to tackle the steep hills where we live. Andrew chose a few bikes that might suit our needs and wants and took us outside to test ride. Almost 4 hours later and a few more bikes we had finally picked by the bike we wanted and we never felt rushed or pressured. Wow! Let me tell you, I'm a customer for life. I spent 2 weeks looking for an ebike charger for an ebike with 5 pins. Nobody knew what it was or cared to research how to find it.
Then I met Andrew at Sierra Ebike. He not only said he could find it but stayed the convoluted course till he got results.
It turned out I couldn't order it direct so as a service, he ordered it for me.
This shop rocked my world and I know where I'm going in the future! Without their help a very expensive Ebike would be a loss.

A couple weeks ago my husband and I were looking for electric bikes and had an amazing experience at SIERRA EBIKE. Dion, Andrew, Hayden and Alex work as a team to help you find the bike that meets the need and provide steller service before and after. Initially we were looking for a foldable Ebike and after testing it out in the parking lot we wanted to check out the other bikes they had in stock. I bought my first ebike from Sierra Ebikes a year ago and they were great. I got a good deal on the 20" fat tire folding bike. I took some exciting on and off road rides. The battery life was better than expected, up to 26 miles. Sierra fixed a couple of flats and installed "run flat" inserts that really helped. Last month I stopped in and found another great ebike, the Surface 604 Rook. It is a 26" bike that is even easier to ride and goes faster. A bit of a story ahead, but I think it's worth the read so you'll know how I came across this superb bike shop.
We brought an old Specialized hybrid bike with a Bionx battery mid in to see if they could perhaps refresh it a bit and get the battery sorted as it was no longer holding a solid charge for very long. Unfortunately being nearly a 10 year old battery and also discontinued there was nothing much they could do, but they certainly gave it a great try.
At that point we went back to pick it up and encountered Hayden, a smiling 19 year old with an infectious

Went in to this bicycle shop to buy a few things and the two people working inside were wearing masks. There was another employee (possibly the owner) who wasn't wearing a mask. I saw him sneeze from across the room. I decided to leave at that point. I only do business with people that want to stop this COVID virus and bring back the economy.

After several months with my new Ebike, I've had a chance to evaluate Dion's customer service. I had a problem with a sticky power control. As soon as I called the shop Dion had me bring it in immediately and they fixed it the same day and with no fuss. I'm not much of a mechanic, so I really appreciate that kind of attention when I have a problem.

Wow, wow, and wow again. Dion and his team really helped me out! I bought a brand new electric bike from Walmart and it literally exploded on me the day I left for a festival. Dion not only replaced the broken battery, but upgraded it so it was actually better! And again, I didn't even buy the bike from him in the first place but he treated me like I was a long time customer and friend!
The small business feels like a family when you walk in and everyone, from the cashiers to the mechanics were amazing.
