Dr. Benjamin Schlechter brings over 20 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery to the table. Our office staff is comprised of our practice administrator and cosmetic coordinator, Ivy; our other cosmetic coordinator, Lynne; our receptionists, Carrie, Crystal, and Rebecca; our insurance and billing specialist, Jennifer; and our medical schedulers, Nicole and Monica.

I have been going to see Dr. Schlechter since November 2019. His very professional and experienced. He really cares about his patients and their healing. I am always comfortable talking to Dr. Schlechter and he address any concerns that I may have and has always taken care of me. I will definitely be going back for more surgeries from Dr. Schlechter. Keep up the great work you do.

Very unprofessional and rude!!!! Horrible receptionists (Charlene and ivy) who don't care about you and are just there for a paycheck. I wish I could share the rude voice-mail that ivy left me where she accused me of lying. As I read back on the other reviews I see this is a regular thing for them. I was so excited to try this place and its too bad that the dr is losing clients because of the ignorance in the office. Don't waste your time like I did. I wouldn't put my life in their hands.

Minimal information was provided to me other than a FAQ sheet and pamphlets which I read during my 1+ hour wait to see the doctor. I was told he would take photos for before and after but no photos were taken. The doctor was telling me how to care for my new procedure as I was walking down the hallway for check out instead of in the room. I wasn't told to bring cash or a check so I was charged 3% extra for a debit card. It was a clean facility, the ladies at the front desk were more helpful than the actual doctor and everyone was nice. However, it seemed a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Sadly

Dr Schlechter is exceptional at his profession. I have seen him multiple times and have never been disappointed. His office is well run with pleasant and informative staff. Dr is so calming, that you can't help but feel the same way! He explains everything before and after so you are comfortable with the procedure.
They answer questions and address concerns promptly. I emailed Ivy multiple times and she always responded very quickly.
I would recommend this practice as my personal experience with them has been great.

I went to Spring Ridge for a chin implant, and I am thrilled with my results. The entire staff was friendly, warm, knowledgable, helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The results are great, and I'm happy I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I trust Dr. Schlechter and his years of experience in the field. The office is clean, modern, and made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend!

Dr Schlechter and his amazing staff made my liposuction procedures go so smoothly. From the first moment I spoke to Ivy, the office manager, I felt comfortable and confident I was In the best place I could be. They treat you like family members. They answered all my questions,(which I had a lot) in a timely manner. My results are looking great each day, and I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to this practice!!
