Terrible customer service... And I'm in the business... No loyalty to members... Don't apply for a personal loan.. Because what you ask for and what they'll offer you is a joke...

This place is a joke! It seems like they make rules up as they go. No communication what so ever, you tell one person something then 2 hours later they call again asking the same questions. They never answer the phones. Don’t even get me started with resolutions. Eva, Jackie, and Alicia have to replace with better customer service people. They never answer but are easy to call you to collect payments. I am only giving them a one because I have to. If we didn't have so many automatic withdrawals and deposits we wouldn't even have our banking with them. It's all about the company and screw the customer. They add extra fees when paying off a loan... supposedly added interest and wanted to take 10.00 out of our account to fund their own loan program with zero percent charged to "loan income" people/members. I flat out told them to fund their own programs and not expect or try and force their bank members to do their funding. Avoid them if at all possible.

I am not even a month out of major back surgery and wanted to deposit an envelope into the ATM instead of having to stand in a long line inside.
This precious Tucoemas employee and I had spoken very briefly before she went to work....Well, she came out, handed me a note at the ATM, said she worked there and took my deposit inside for me.
My back is/was extremely thankful for her kindness and I was able to return to my car in a very short time.

This credit union thinks that they can take my money and give it to a fund if I don't call or email them? I DON'T THINK SO! If you don't think they are stealing your money, read the letter they sent out. If I close my account, I get that $25 back. Under the information they are sending out, I would only have $15. I don't know who thought this was a good plan, and demand to know who authorized it. It doesn't matter if I get the information from the credit union of federal regulators, but I will get the answer I seek.

The teller Priscilla was extremely helpful! Her customer service is superb! She made my experience here amazing. I felt like the bank really cared about my needs. Priscilla gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Please bank with Tucoemas, its totally worth it.

Spent more like wasted over 40 min. On the phone with these people. The WORST experience ever. I am trying to pay off a car loan my wife has there. I Strongly recommend DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THOS CREDIT UNION. I am 67 years old and have Never had anyone treat Me like they did

New buildings, New campus, same bad service. First of the month noon time, 10 people in line, 2 slow tellers. It took over 30 minutes to get to transaction. Lady in front if me said she was there even longer. Lobby of unhappy people, some vocal. Avoid this branch if possible.

Instead of putting a flyer on indeed for new employees call back the ones who have been there 10+ years!!!

As someone who works in hospitality, I was beyond shocked and pleased with the exceptional service at the new Tucoemas location! The staff were warm, informed, and showed a genuine enthusiasm for what they do.
Regina helped me open a new account, and spent considerable time explaining and setting up a loan. She was patient, clear, hilarious, and knowledgeable! The new building is beautiful and clean! I will look forward to bank errands in the future!
