Oregon Architecture, Inc. (OAI) in Medford, Oregon; is a local client focused architectural firm with a solid track record of successful projects - projects that range from the simplest manufacturing building to the most complex state-of-the-art medical facility. In the 10 months since the Almeda fire destroyed nearly 2,500 residences in the Phoenix-Talent area, new and transitional housing has been slow to develop. Families are still scrambling to find a place to live.
Shayne is an entrepreneur and multiple business owner. From building and streamlining operations with startups to managing teams and processes in traditional corporate businesses, Shayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Oregon Architecture, Inc. He is excited to work alongside Mark to build a new corporate culture focused on company growth, customer relations and employee development.
Ms Morgan joined Oregon Architecture in 2019, where she has been continually challenged to expand and hone her professional skills on a broad range of projects, from single family residences through large multi-family structures and mid-sized commercial buildings. She has significant experience in the project construction phase, successfully managing complex projects with multiple tenants and complex sites.
Mr. Patil joined Oregon Architecture in 2020. Since joining the company he has been actively involved in a range of projects, with a particular focus on energy efficient design within the hospitality realm. He has also been directly involved in providing documentation for Fellowship that was awarded to Oregon Architecture for the study of ways to bring subsidized housing closer to Net Zero.
Mr. Wilson joined OAI in 2021. After graduation Mr. Wilson worked in New York State with a focus on renovation projects in educational, institutional, and public buildings. In the public arena he has worked on projects with small to multimillion dollar budgets. He understands the nuances between maintenance budgets and capital improvement funding and the different requirements each can require for project compliance.
