Big Al's Auto & Exhaust

Can not say enough good about this place. My motorhome breaks down these guys are 2 weeks out,but they work me in and are working hard to get me fixed and back on the road. If I lived here in Cheyenne they would get all my business. Thanks Big Al's.

Took it to find out what was going on. They did a diagnosis and I decided I wasn’t moving forward to fix it. They charged me a lot less then what other places would of charged me to look at it. These guys are amazing and don’t put you on the back burner. They are professional, caring and I recommend this place over anyone in town.

Very good picking up my car they came as soon as I called them took about 10m to get my car now it's in there shop this is good waiting now on a phone call they picked it up last week and in there shop this week I say that's very good for me thank u Big Al's .

Have you ever walked into a service shop and quickly realized that the mechanics all know what they're doing and care about their work? That they're all treated well and like each other? Whenever a customer walks in they're greeted by name and you can tell their customers like the shop? That's Big Al's.
We had a major breakdown down in our motor home while traveling near Cheyenne. Big Al's was able to fit us in. When they couldn't find one of the parts needed for the repair, they developed a work around to get us on our way. They were honest with us, kept us up to date along the way, and charged

If we could give the team at Big Al’s more than 5 stars, we would!! They went out of their way to accommodate us when they were already having a very busy day. We were traveling cross-country to our new home during a heat wave when our AC decided to no longer work. They had us up and running the same day and let us hang out in their waiting room with our dogs while we waited! Kindness does still exist here at Big Al’s 💜

I have a 2010 jeep w 170k - recently moved to Cheyenne and decided on Big Al's when I needed some fix it work done. Have been in for a new exhaust system and a new heater core along with a couple oil changes and some incidental repairs. They do good work and they won't screw you. Can't really say it any clearer than that. I will recommend them at the very top of the list.

I have used Big Al's on one of my clients vehicles and was very pleased with the quality, timeliness and price. All around great place. Andy does really nice work and does it quickly and cost effective. Will be using them again in the future for my "driver" restorations.

I was traveling across the country and had a problem on the side of the road outside of Cheyenne, WY. I was able to get a tow back to Big Al's auto and Andy and the team at Big Al's were able to fix my thermostat unit and relieve my overheated truck. They were able to get me back on the road in less than five hours even with a parking lot full of cars that needed to be worked that day. The team even drove me to a nearby diner while they worked on my truck.

I've tried a few different shops around Cheyenne in the last couple of months for some work on a vehicle I'm fixing up and out of all of them Big Al's has been the best. They communicate well and don't have a problem using the parts you supply for the work. Most of all, they get the job done right.
