My air stopped working. It’s an older unit but I have always had it serviced twice a year. I called the morning after it stopped cooling, someone was here in just a few hours. Checked first, told me what the problem was and my options, very courteous, got it going. Now I’m once again in comfort. Thank you.

My AC went out and I called several places that told me that they couldn't get anyone to me until the next afternoon. The temperature was already over 88° and climbing when I called Comfort Design. They had two techs already out on calls. Kim, who is the receptionist, told me she would do her best to get a technician to me asap if they had no trouble with the other customers they were with. Within a half an hour Kim called back and said she had a tech in the area and she would send him. He arrived and within 30 to 45 minutes he had my air going. He even gave me some pointers to help my ac unit
