What a great find! A complete one stop, turn key service! I was truly impressed when I stopped in... at 9:00am, I got my legal documents notarized, got a copy of the notarized documents for my records, got my USPS Priority mail shipping label with the tracking number and receipt, and then I was able to leave my package there for the USPS postal service pick up, saving me a trip to the post office! Great service! great prices, full shipping services in one place and more!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I highly do NOT recommend this place. Bad experiences lead to bad reviews... used UPX in Aberdeen to mail a package across the US. They packed the specific item and assured that it would be fine to travel and get to it’s destination. So far from what happened. The box arrived at the buyers doorstep but the box was EMPTY. UPS says that it was “poorly packaged”. And now the item that was an antique, sold on eBay for a very high price is missing. Vanished into air. UPX/ Zach Schmauss have a great professional and helpful approach to identifying and addressing shipping issues. I have had 2 Amazon returns that were directed to use UPS.
Since UPX is the sole UPS option, no big decision to be as to where do I go. When there is one option many times, it results in a less than inspiring service. But, not here!!! Great service, attitude, knowledgeable and I always leave smiling.

This is a family owned business and the kids are friendly and know what they're doing. The father, as I've been told, is a UPS driver. The kids are normally who you'll meet there. Great gig. They'll never have to look for work.
They have mail boxes available including outside boxes. The local denizens seem not to bother anyone and the boxes outside seem well lit and monitored. I've had plenty of packages left there for a week, some of which were large, with no complaints from UPX. Prices seem reasonable.

I've been using them as a mailing service for a couple of years. For some reason, they have had software glitches on my account, and mail either was not sent, or sent to the wrong place. But darn it all, these employees are SO apologetic when something happens, and they work real hard to fix any goof ups. One employee was so cute.... he apologized for making a mistake but it turns out he was not the one who goofed. Someone else goofed, and he followed instructions.
The software glitches appear to have been fixed, and I haven't had issues in awhile. I'm giving them four stars
