I called this morning and spoke with Levi, and he gave me the cell phone # for Kong who was in the area. When I called him he said he would be there in 16 min. He was... Had two issues first being the reason I called have 4 valves on the system and # 2 had stuck open. He worked on the valve and we tried two times and it closed as it should. He was here about 30 min the bill $75. Reasonable just be aware they do not take credit cards. This is my second experience with them. They are professional and I am sure next year there will be some more problems. Its an old system. I installed it about 30

Called on a Saturday when a sprinkler valve malfunctioned and wouldn't turn off / couldn't find the valve. Heard back from them immediately and they were at our house an hour and a half later (earlier than promised). They found the valve in a box that had been completely covered by dirt and turned it off. Then came back ON A SUNDAY to replace the old valves. Kind, professional and neat to boot. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Their pricing was very reasonable and during the service call I asked if they could replace my ancient irrigation controller as well. I was worried this would be spendy as I assumed any electrical part of the system would be an expensive fix but Levi had one on hand and assured that they don't upcharge any of their parts (he charged me $100 for the controller, actually even cheaper

I contacted their company through their website and never received a response. I then called them and set an appointment for this past Saturday. They didn't call to confirm, they no showed and when I called to find out what was going on, it went straight to voicemail and they never called back. I have since gone with another company that has communicated perfectly, shown up on time and fixed the problem. If I could give a "No Star" I would.

I really wanted to like this company and leave a good review. However, I found Levi completely non-responsive. He came by mid-day to look at a couple issues including a leak, stuck his sticker on the control box. Then told me to contact a leak detection company and then call him once the leak was located. Later, that evening, I heard some noise in the back where Levi was and went out and Levi left the irrigation system on and water had been pouring out of the leak for hours, causing significant damage to a retaining wall. Our green house watering system broke down and we needed to act fast to not lose all of our hard work. I called around in Beaverton but most every company could not act fasting enough. Super durable sprinklers. I've had my set up for nearly 6 months now and it's never needed Irrigation repairs but even if that was the case they still handle that. It's been through a couple storms and my dogs bite the sprinklers occasionally out of excitement but the system has yet to breakdown. I was given a great warranty with my sprinklers and I've yet to even use it because the system is manufactured with high grade parts. They use the top of the line products here and that's why if I need anything else in the future I'll continue going to them.

I called Blue Whale to get my home sprinkler system up and running again after being offline for about 2 seasons. When he arrived he seemed annoyed...maybe he was just tired since they've been pretty busy. He rushed the job, didn't notice that 2 of the sprinkler heads were not rotating. We bought a 20 yr old house with a 20 yr old sprinkler sustem which was almost at the end of its lifetime. We called blue whale after trying to fix our broken sprinkler system several times with the help of our neighbors and also with the help of handyman. There were no extra fees added at the end, they provided me with amazing customer service, and they didn't need a deposit from me in the beginning which worked out perfectly as I am in the process of moving into my new home and buying new furniture.

Blue Whale has winterized my sprinkler system for a couple years, and Levi has always given great service. Appointments are usually within a day or two of me calling and sometimes even the same day.
This spring, I called about turning my system back on for the season, and Levi was able to help me over text. All I had to do was send pictures of the valve system. It took me a day or so to get everything working, and Levi answered all of my questions immediately as I went.

I've seen sprinkler systems before but nothing like they have here. It was really cool actually.
My sister and her husband have been living in Tigard for the last 5 years.
I finally came to visit them. I tried to be as helpful as I could while staying at their place.
That included helping out with the gardening duties.
Things were all fun and dandy until I accidentally broke one of their sprinklers when I was trying to dig out some weeds -__-
I didn't even see it! It was so well hidden. Since I caused the problem I had to help fix it. This was the place that installed their system

I got a a notice from the water company that I have a possible leak in my outdoor landscape irrigation system. My neighbor recommended me to call this company because they came out and did some renovations on their system the previous year. They scheduled to have John come out and he informed me that because we hadn't winterize the sprinkler system for the harsh winter, one of the valves had cracked and needed to be replaced. He proceeded to give me a very reasonable quote and fixed our problem the same day!

I asked on the phone for a couple of sprinkler fixes, a system inspection and backflow testing. It says right on the front of their website that they do backflow testing. The rep who showed up informed us that was not the case and we had to call a third party ourselves.
He fixed the two problem areas in our system and they work fine now, but he did not do a full inspection like I requested over the phone. I've since found at least two areas where our sprinklers are not working correctly

I moved to Oregon City during the winter and discovered that there was no sort of irrigation system. In the winter time, the last thing you care about is watering the grass! Anyways, I searched around online to see what was available and I had companies come by and give me an estimate. The guys at Blue Whale actually came at the scheduled time we made. I was planting a few small shrubs in my garden and accidentally snapped one of my sprinkler lines.. I figured I could probably fix this myself but decided to have an expert come take a look at it instead.
