In my past experiences, travel agents make booking internationally easy and less stressful than booking on your own. This was not the case going through Enchanted. It started out with cancelled flights (out of their control) but then being told a different flight would be $400 or more. Our agent (Joshua) didn't continue to look for the best flights for our international experience and therefore I continued watching flights to get the best price. Once I found one and reached out he said, "oh yeah that has no additional charge" rather than him looking out for a new flight to the Dominican Republic

We’ve used Josh with Enchanted for a few trips now and have always had an excellent experience. He booked our JAmaica honeymoon in 2017 and everything was excellent for that trip! Most recently we booked a trip to Mexico and the day we were to leave, our flights were cancelled by the airline and delayed for an entire day. Josh worked after hours and overnight to get us rebooked on a new flight and change our reservation dates with the resort. We were also able to contact them during our trip when there was a couple hiccups at the resort and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue immediately

I only leave reviews for exceptional service or VERY POOR service and unfortunately, my experience with enchanted honeymoons was VERY POOR. My family and I were working with Mandi for a family destination wedding. When the trip was cancelled due to COVID, we all had to make alternative plans. Myself and many members of my family tried to contact Mandi but it would take weeks, even MONTHS to hear back. We eventually called the office and were told that Mandi was the one who needed to help us, which just led us on another rat race.

My wife and I have used the team at Enchanted Honeymoons for several trips now and we are always so very impressed! Our first time booking was for our destination wedding in Mexico. Kem and his team handled the group of sixty five with ease. We selected the resort based on recommendations from he and his team. The team is quick to respond with any questions or concerns and truly value their customers business. Since our wedding (07/18), we have used Enchanted for all our travel needs. We just returned from an amazing week at Valentin Imperial Maya (Kem's recommendation) and are working with him

Incredibly grateful that Andy helped us plan our 1st Disney trip. He took out the stress of planning our accommodations and other things especially we were first timers to Disney World. He also walked me… through how to complete our park reservations. We’re so glad he suggested the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort because we loved it! Our kids enjoyed our pirate themed room and the pool! Also, their awesome running trail was a great bonus for a runner like me. :) We look forward to our next Disney trip and have Enchanted Travel help us out again.

Our experience with Enchanted Travel was amazing. Marissa was our agent and communication through the entire process was spot on. Marissa answered every question we had in a timely manner. We went to Secrets Playa Mujeres and had an amazing time. We even had a last minute request on a Saturday to change our flights for that Monday coming home and Marissa was on it right away. Thank you to Enchanted Travel and to Marissa for making our vacation great. I will definitely be using Enchanted Travel going forward.

Yeah, i planned a Jamaica trip, that couldn't happen due to my wife not getting her passport in time. I tell my agent, we'd like a resort suite in the Florida keys. The "resort" is in no way romantic, the "suite" is an old ghetto room with no attractive features. Spent an arm and a leg on the trip, just to show up and immediately be charged another $1000 in fee's and ridiculous charges. I told Enchanted Honeymoons that i wanted a romantic honeymoon, their response, making us over pay for a roach motel.

We had the absolute best experience with Enchanted! We had to rebook a couple of times due to Covid and every time Graci helped us feel so relaxed about the situation and made it so easy! When we finally booked our honeymoon after our wedding being rescheduled 3 times. It was the absolute best trip! She made sure we were completely informed on everything we needed for the trip! HIGHLY recommend Enchanted!

I've used Enchanted for several caribbean trips. They book sensible flights, easy transfers, and I've never had any surprises come check in time. I've used Kyle for all of my trips, he is awesome. We had a trip booked prior to the pandemic. It got pushed back and rescheduled from April to October. Kyle went above and beyond to get the trip changed for myself and my travel mates. Our plans changed several times, but Kyle was calm and got it all taken care of for us. I really appreciate this and will use Enchanted again in the future!
