If you want to be over charged this is your place. If you're ready to pay the most for your order and be told how to spend your money, then this is your place. If you want different benefits for the same exact service this is a great place for that. If you want to be discriminated against based on how much profit they will make off you then you found the spot! If you want uneducated sales reps speaking to customers call here.

We ordered a sweatshirt on Aug 14th, for our baseball team that they do the printing for every season. They took forever and when they gave us our order, my sweatshirt was missing. Just hughlighted on their order sheet. No notes, no communication. Never returned any communications that my husband had sent them. By October 9th we were done. They finally tefunded our money on Oct 14th. Kind of a ridiculous that a printnting organization is unable to fulfill a simple order for a customer they do printing for multiple yimes throughout the year.

I had such an awesome experience with Valley Images; they were able to do a small project for me, when no other place would. From the first phone call I made, to selecting the right font for my project, to pick-up; Valley Images is a professional business. Mike Steininger was a delight to work with and extremely patient during my selections; very dedicated and attentive as well as friendly. My project involved a few bathrobes with embroidered initials on chest and both sleeves. They turned out amazing!!!! I’m sure my parents and sibling will love them! What can I say about this shop. Amazing service and quality! The football program at Piedmont Hills is very lucky to have Valley Images as our apparel supplier. Years ago we started working directly with the owners, Rob and Carlo. The turn around time for those "emergency" orders at "gear hand out time" in August has saved us many times. The great service continues with Zack!

Putting it lightly, I will NEVER do business with this company again. I had some shirts printed and when I went to pick up my order, I noticed the placement was WAY too big and VERY crooked (nothing like what I approved and have email to back it). I was also fully willing and prepared to pay for this order and asked if they'd "take care of me" on the next order. Which any good business owner who has solid customer service etiquette would handle. After speaking to one of the reps, he went and got the owner. Wow. Just got off the phone with the owner to discuss a series of issues for a corporate account and was treated to an F-bomb, irrational rants and unprofessional behavior. We had a great account rep for a number of years who retired and service has gone steadily downhill ever since. Very sad and disappointing. Cannot honestly recommend due to our recent experience.

Their quality appears to be standard, but I will never know. Emailed them for quotes and went in person because I didn't get a reply. I got quicker responses for a bid and decided to go with another company who seemed interested in making us look good. Valley Images, first impressions are important. A lack from prompt response/interest made us go elsewhere.

I've known these guys for going on 10+ years now. I have have asked for some pretty wacky orders in the past that have involved custom art design for car clubs, to golf apparel I've wanted customized with embroidery for my own personal use. Just recently, I asked for another custom job, fully thinking I would need a minimum order size and fully expecting to have some sort of pricing constraints considering the type of shirt stock I wanted. I have been going to Valley Images for the past 6 years and I have had nothing but positive experience. Valley Images has done baseball, club soccer and work items for me and they always do an amazing job. They have done custom embroidery, designing and printing on hats, backpacks, T-shirts and sweatshirts for me and their attention to detail is above all others!
Rob, Carlo and the whole team are very friendly and professional and make working with them a pleasure. I cannot think of a more positive experience.

I had a small project of 50 shirts that needed to get done asap. They sent me a layout of what the shirt would look like before to make sure it was what I wanted.
I haven't actually gotten my t-shirts printed anywhere else but it came out to ~4.00/shirt after the set up fee and taxes (Note - I did have my shirts already). I've been quoted 5-6 dollars a shirt shopping around briefly just to get it printed plus a set up fee.
I waited a while to do this because I wanted a chance to wash my shirts a few times, I've washed my personal t-shirt at least 5-10 times by now, no issues with

I called Valley Images because I saw them on yelp and I needed a fast turn around on a t-shirt. I had gotten a call to be on a TV spot the next day and my company tshirt was not going to cut it. I called and sent them my artwork and they got me a quote within 10 minutes. I agreed to the quote and by 8:30 the next morning, I had a brand new Tshirt that looked great. I will be getting all my company shirts from here now!

I needed a bunch of t-shirts printed last minute for the MS Walk. I called around a bunch of places and Valley Images was able to do the shirts for me with the three days notice and for a very reasonable price. Other places had a three-week wait. They were very prompt in sending me design logo ideas. I got my shirts 3-days later and was very pleased. Shelley was very friendly. I will definitely go back here and refer my friends!

I was in a bind to get some sponsorship T shirts done for my debut MMA fight. Valley Images made it all happen for me from the design of the logo to the printing of shorts and T shirts. Great place to get your tshirts printed! I spoke to a guy named Rob on Tuesday and he said that our 75 screen tee shirts would be ready by Thursday if I placed in my order that day! They were super fast at replying to me with any inquiries I had and even sent me a mock up of what our t-shirts would look like within an hour! Now that's service!
When my friend went to pick them up she said that they let her view the shirts before taking them home and also helped her carry it to her car!

Valley Images top notch service and quality. Hula Networks has used Valley Images for more than 9 years now and we have been extremely happy with everything they have done.
They offer phenomenal screen printing onsite and the best embroidery service I have seen. We tried several places before we found Valley images and no one offered the same level of consistent quality.
