When you call our office for your first appointment, one of our friendly staff will schedule a time that's convenient for you. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

As a new patient, I was apprehensive about going to a chiropractor for the first time. From the moment I made the appointment it was smooth going. The office and staff are exceptional, but Dr. Carrie really put my fears to ease. To top it off, when I left I felt like I was floating on air. I have visited my fair share of chiropractors and have witnessed first hand the variety of treatment that a patient can receive. That being said, Dr. Oleston is top notch. She genuinely listens to your concerns, asks questions and does a phenomenal job educating her patients about what might be going on in their bodies that is contributing to their pain or problem. What Dr. Oleston has done for me has been great, but what she has been able to do for my mother is nothing short of miraculous! With severe nerve impingement at 5 levels; multiple bulging and herniated discs; and 1 extruded disc, my mother was in an immense amount of pain. She wasn't able to walk from room to room in her house without either sitting or falling to her knees due to the excruciating pain. A visit to an orthopedist rendered a recommendation for major back surgery, including pins, rods, and caging her spine for added stability - something that at her age (68) none of us were keen on

The professionalism of this office begins with the first phone call and when you step foot in the door. After just 1 visit, Jackie knew me by name and personally interacted with me in a way that you just don't normally get from an office staff. She patiently shows me how to do my stretches correctly and always takes as much time as I need.
