Sakeena Farhath is a Managing Attorney at DiPietro Law Group, PLLC. She is a passionate advocate for our clients, helping them work to achieve the best possible outcomes for their cases. Sakeena is experienced in handling high-conflict custody and visitation cases, as well as cases with complex financial issues.
Daniel A. Gross serves as Senior Counsel in the firm's Friendship Heights office and represents clients throughout Maryland. I'm preparing a huge malpractice case at this very moment against this firm. This firm caused great malpractice and subsequently I'm looking at a potential 50/50 spilt of my business and 20 million dollars to the court. This firm is not recommended by me whatsoever. Keep an eye on DC local news for my case cause there is SEVERE malpractice and this firm is about to be SUED BIG TIME!!!

I retained John Paul Lavinus at DiPietro Law Group after going through multiple attorneys who in one way or another failed to deliver while going through a miserable divorce with my ex-husband who I realized is a Narcissist. I sat and watched this firm literally destroy my friends case. She hired them to represent her but her and her attorney Daniel Gross was completely negligent. I would hear her talk to him and have to repeatedly remind him about facts in her case case he would either completely misstate them or forget them. She is having a very bad experience with them. I would not recommend.

MY BEST TRADING EXPERIENCE EVER. I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact… brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is the second time I have used this law firm. The first time I had them for nearly a year, with no court filings, not even to let the court know that they represented me. Then, without notice, they fired my attorney. No one was working on my file, yet they had near weekly meetings and charged my account. Needless to say they were "canned".
My new attorney was hired into this firm and I begrudgingly accepted for her to continue with my case at this same firm. I did however let her know the firm that she was hiring into. After nearly a year, I finally am going to get my day in court

I was very clear in my initial intake meeting in regards to my specific goals and financial limitations, and was assured they could accomplish what I needed. I was informed that, based on my case, I would be assigned to a particular attorney, who was "perfect" for me. They use a women of divorce workshop to lure you in to thinking they care. I attended a Second Saturday workshop and thought that they must be a very caring, responsible law firm. I even told them that I didn't have a lot of money, and I was assured that the paralegals would be doing most of the paperwork to keep the cost down. Through the process they didn't make me feel secure with my divorce situation and have already racked up almost 2k in less than a month for a simple Property Settlement Agreement and a few conversations. I fired them (Feb 9th) and still have not been sent any paperwork
