Wible Lumber Inc. has grown from a modest handle factory and sawmill into today's multi-service manufacturer of hardwood lumber, mouldings and edge-glued panels. Located in South Milford, Indiana, Wible Lumber is the outgrowth of Wible Sawmill started in the 1920's by Dale Wible.
As a family business, its stewardship passed to Dale's son Wayne Wible. Under his direction, facilities and equipment underwent consistent expansion and upgrading. Major advances from 1985 thru 1987 were the construction of Irvington-Moore dry kilns, to assure the ultimate in hardwood quality, and the addition of the edge-glued panels.
