All Seasons Placement, Inc. is not one of those upstarts to the temporary service scene. With the combined expertise of our associates, we set the industry standard for individualized, state-of-the-art service. We take the time to understand and anticipate your needs. We pride ourselves on meticulously screening "the right person for the right position."
Are offered by certain customers, based on positive evaluations at a time specific to our customer. Is earned by any temporary working with us who provides, as a referral, an individual who is placed with a customer firm and has completed 160 hours at the firm on your payroll. The applicant's name must be presented, upon referral, and the applicant must state who referred them.
All Seasons Placement, Inc. is owned and operated under the management of Jean Sappington. Jean, our President, opened the business in June of 1987 with extensive office management, human resources, and sales experience. Our sister company, M-Ploy Temporaries, Inc. was originated in March of 1993 in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

All Seasons Placement, Inc. goes by the book and has a very detail oriented and thorough process. Some applicants don't like this process because it takes time and work. Those are traits that professionals have and professionals understand that they are necessary. So thank you to all the professionals that understand the testing, paperwork, drug testing.
