I earned a Master's of Science Degree in Community Counseling in 1999 and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology in 1995. Through various roles in my past, I've gained experience in adoption, parenting training, the child welfare system, doula work, individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy.

I specialize in working with adults and teens on a variety of concerns, including relationships, grief & loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, general wellness & health, setting healthy boundaries, improving self confidence, and parenting. I've been providing counseling in the Black Hills since 2015, and prior to that, in Colorado.
