This place is terrible !!! I hate that this place is terrible because it is a predominantly black establishment. The people at the check in desk aren’t pleasant , the doctor’s in the ob/gyn department don’t give good energy (except for Dr. Brown, she’s great) . The pharmacy staff is not pleasant. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone when calling up there. I have had an appointment at 10am and did not get my prescription sent to the pharmacy that is right downstairs until 4pm. I scheduled a follow up appointment per Doctor’s request and when I got there they were asking me why I was

Absolute worst place to go. They are EXTREMELY SLOW, like EXTREMELY! My doctor didn’t seem to take any of my concerns seriously, and that’s in the rare chance I get to actually see her. I make appointments with my doc and never see her it’s usually the nurse practitioner. 1 star is generous they honestly deserve 0 stars. Really need to do better!

I am on a fixed income and need assistance with my meds. I applied for financial assistance for insulin through Lilly pharmaceuticals. Everything is set up fine except they need a prescription from the doctor. I took the form over to them last week and Lilly's pharmacy still doesn't have it. I am out of insulin and my blood sugar is consistently over 300 now. I have left messages and they never get returned. I need my insulin. I pray that I don't become I'll or die from these high readings.

We made an appointment with one of the doctors in this clinic last week. We were there on time. After waiting for 2 hours, we were told that his assistant would see us because he was not at the clinic. This is not right , not professional. If we had been told that the physician was not there when we arrived, we would not have been waiting for him for two hours. Since my husband’s health was not good we wanted to get a professional opinion rather than going back home. But they have no right to take our time and leave us with the only option which was seeing his assistant.

My appointment date was 7/8/17 for 9am. I got there about a good 8:45 and was told by the receptionist that I needed to fill out some paperwork. I think that literally only took about 2 minutes. They then proceeded to have my mother and I wait downstairs for until 9:30 and then called me into a room to tell me that I needed to rush upstairs because they had been waiting for me and considered me a no show. No type of information was sent up letting them know that I was there and had been for almost an hour. I finally get upstairs and talk to the lady at the desk and she told me that they woldnt
