Jonathan came in and was very honest about my options and fixed my issue quickly and with no problem. Prices are reasonable as well! He wasn’t just trying to upsell me like people have in the past. MIKE and Jack from Mason Air Conditioning were excellent! I could not be happier with the service from beginning to end. Answered phone in the evening and at my home promptly the next morning. While I could have just had a simple repair I knew my 18 year old air-conditioner needed to be replaced so scheduled that for following day. Again, prompt and professional and explained the new fancy Nest thermostat . A billion thank yous!
