Dentistry has been an Integral part of Dr. Rick Rubin's family for over 70 years beginning with his grandfather, who graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1938. After honorably serving three years in the United States Army, Dr. Rubin. Dr. Brett Dunnill grew up in Hamilton, Virginia.

The office staff was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. This was my first visit to this office and with Dr. Hasham. He was professional and confident with his findings and treatment plan, all the while maintaining a similiar demeanor as the front office staff. I would highly recommend this staff to anyone that may be looking for a competent yet friendly dentist.

As always, the dentistry service is excellent. However, during this past visit the receptionist, as well as the 4 or 5 ladies sitting behind the front desk, were a little rude as I walked in. No greeting at first, I decided to try the self check in, but my attention was caught by the receptionist practically yelling "Yes??", "Yes??", "Yes??", Until I looked over at her. No, "hello, how can I help", or "welcome to family dentistry".
Honestly made my entire visit uncomfortable. Most likely looking into different practice with nicer receptionists.

Dr. Rubin and his entire team, including the front staff, are just the kindest, most personable group of people. I always feel understood, respected, and appreciated as their patient. Out of all the dentists whose care I was under, Dr. Rubin is the first dentist to show true care and consideration about my concerns and needs. His light hearted and friendly demeanor make my visits so much less stressful. I would rather change insurance plans than leave this practice if my coverage ever changed!

Came in for cleaning this morning, the hygienist was great! I was having some emotional issues and she help me to calm down for the process. Thank you!
Also I had an another appointment this afternoon, the receptionist ask if I want to have my filling done now, what great customer service! Dr. Rubin did the filling in no time, easy and peaceful. Now the rest of the day can move forward without dreading the next process. Great team at Williamsburg Family Dentist.
