DO NOT go here. First off, they prey on women thinking we won’t have any knowledge on vehicles or how much repairs should actually cost. They tried to charge my friend over $1,000 for brakes and rotors after telling her the rotors didn’t really need changed yet. They also charged her for replacing her heat shield after she’d told them she wanted to wait and call around to get pricing. Places like this are the reason why single women get so nervous to take their car to the shop.

Scammy. They didn’t call with an estimate after my fender bender as they said they would. When I called for cost they paused and said it be 7K even, seemed outrageously high. So I got it towed to PC Auto less than a half a mile away and got it done for 2K. Arlington charged me nearly $200 for the estimate and a one day ‘storage fee.’ Couldn’t get my car out of there fast enough.

Had my car taken here by AAA to have my axle boot replaced. Took over a week, and on top of that, they put my axle back on wrong which caused my wheel bearing to be shot within a week. AAMCO was shocked by how bad it was, and said these guys shouldn't even be working with cars. Too expensive and not worth the risk, go somewhere else.

Came down to this place to try and get my wife’s stuff from her car. Had to get POLICE involved just to get him to let us have access to our property. He tried to rip us off on unnecessary repairs to the tune of $5,000. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had a wonderful experience. The mechanics did such a good job on my car. The price was reasonable and the service was time sufficient. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I never saw such a kind of Rude and Impatience owner. I tow my vehicle to his yard on the long weekend for repair and after the long weekend I drove from cincinati to Pittsburgh to request him to repair my vehicle asap after the long weekend, he refused to do that I request him few times politely explaining the situation and where I drove from, after my request he he don’t want to repair my car and ask me to get off with your car from my yard else he gonna tow and complaint to cops that I have threated him. The worst place ever. The most expensive ever and they still don't fix the problem. COWBOYS !!!
Just cause you sleep with a mechanic don't make you one. So I have to take my car to my mechanic to fix what they could not do. The only reason I used these guys was because of the Dumb folk at AAA sent me there. AAA are just like this garage. Totally Rubbish!!! Do Go Hear !!!

If you are looking for exceptional professional quality work this is definitely the place to go! Their knowledge supersedes all whether it is body work, mechanical, towing or safety checks. They will outline the timeline for you in regards to any and all types of work including the perimeters when dealing with the insurance companies' guidelines and policies. They always take your calls or return your call in a prompt manner, and answer any questions. If you want a professional result the first time, I would recommend them every time!

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Reasons are endless: 1. My car is still not fixed a year and a half after my accident 2. They had my car numerous times and still never fixed it 3. After not being able to fix my car, they take it to another shop, and fixed the "fan assembly" now my AC fans sound like a CD is skipping so that now needs fixed again. 4. They conveniently have no records of each time they had my car (three times just this year alone) and said it was my responsibility to have that in a receipt (wouldnt you think that they would have had to talk to the insurance company

I was very pleased with the service and employees. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They even had vacuumed the car interior. I felt like I had a new car!

I took my car to Arlington to get it past inspections. They charged me $600 to fix some things and get it past inspection. Fast forward about 2 months, I come to find out that something they said they had fixed was never fixed and it had caused my tire to go completely bald. I had been involved in an accident during this time and I'm pretty sure the bald tire was to blame. I would definitely not recommend going here. I don't really think these guys know what they're doing. They wanted to charge me even more money to fix their mistake.

Tried lots of other places in the last 20 years and used Arlington for the last seven years, like them a lot. We have three trucks and three cars. We've had two collisions repaired. All the inspections each year and general repairs. All this work was done without a single issue.
