This was a waste of time and money. My son does not have anger issues and they were having him do a virtual reality game to try to control his breathing and anger. Never has he EVER had anger issues. He is happy and hyper. He likes to tell large stories but NEVER anger. The visit was 45 minutes long. We are billed for it, and it took almost half the time to get the virtual reality game to boot up so there was nothing pleasant about this. My son didn’t talk, just played. The therapist didn’t talk. Just watched him look around with this mask. If I wanted him to strap a phone to his face to play

I'm not writing this review to be rude but to help others who truly need help to know what to expect. My experience was not psychotherapy. My first appointment I was told to get on medication for depression and anxiety... my first visit. My second visit i was seeking communication and instead found myself with virtual reality goggles on learning how to breath. These two visits were expensive.

The only issues I have is that while in the waiting room you can hear all the workers thought the office being loud and rude. This extremely unprofessional and honestly not worth your sanity to have to sit and listen to their bantering back and fourth. They are not busy in there, but to have to sit to listen to them act completely unprofessional is wrong, the fact that their office manager hasn't stopped this, proves that the care you receive is no better to their actions. Steer clear of this place, as it's not worth the gas you would spend to get here.

Not willing to work with you in any regards. All you are is just another number in their ledger. When you request for another theropiest they don't give you enough time to see if that will suit the schedule. If the one your seeing is not a good suite and have no other opening. Instead if trying to work issues out. They put you on a waiting list. They are very unprofessional in the field of psychologist come across. They are quick to make you feel like a bad individual. Four week we came to this facility in four weeks they have made us feel inadequate. I am very displeased .
