With over forty years of experience building rugged case sealing equipment, Loveshaw continues to couple superior design with unmistakable quality. Little David case sealer models are designed for operator safety. The line up includes a complete selection of models for sealing regular slotted and half slotted corrugated cases with 2" or 3" tape.
Loveshaw Little David case formers are available in several configurations for both, semi automatic and fully automatic case packaging lines. These machines prevent repetitive motion injuries associated with manual case forming. They also save tape and produce a better looking case. With production rates of 6 - 20 cases per minute, and case size range from 6 x 4.5 x 4.5" - 26.5 x 20 x INF", we've got the case former that meets your requirement!
MicroJet by Loveshaw, the unique, self contained large character ink jet coders set the standard for ease of use and rugged dependability. They're designed to easily mount to Little David case sealers for a complete taping and coding system. Check out the popular MicroJet HRP, the latest in high resolution, state of art, cartridge ink jet technology.
Automatic labeling is our specialty. We've got the experience and products to ensure compliance with any published labeling standards. Our Loveshaw, Little David Label application systems include both, apply-only for application of preprinted labels or print/apply for printing variable data, bar codes and graphics on demand.
The Loveshaw PackPoint is just one of the complete case packaging solutions Fastrak offers. It features a rugged, automatic case erector. The erector opens the flat corrugated cases, closes the bottom flaps, then seals the bottom with 2" or 3" tape before moving erected cases to an accumulating conveyor.
