Wanted to recognize Chelsie Powers for her awesome customer service. We have been working with her for a little bit under 2 months to acquire a home, and she has been extremely responsive, patient, and helpful! Moving is never easy, especially with site unseen! Looking forward to moving my family to your community!

My rating is based on what I know, read and what I have been told. If the correct allocation of funding was authorized our military families would not have to go on a waiting list military homes would be ready and available. This would then reduce the amount of time of family separation thus improve the moral and the stress of our military men and women. Taking money away from the military is wrong obtain the money from other means. Our men and women give their lives to project our country we can at least give them base housing with expediency.

The way AMCC handles assigning homes to families is ridiculous. A family is signed up to only one of the many communities they have. If a community has homes available you won't be offered that home simply because you are not assigned to it, you would have to be put on the waiting list again and wait all over again. We have been on the waiting list since February, it is now mid June and we are now told we might get housing until October. This is unacceptable.

I neglected to listen to the reviews on here and now wish I had listened. We moved here on the 29 of Feb. and at first thought everything seemed great. My family and I moved in here on the waterfall program. I was medically retired and we were able to move in here with paying rent. One week after moving in we were contacted by one of the Resident Services Coordinators. I was then asked if I could give them more money after already giving our first months rent and our security deposit which totaled to just over $1500. Eventually they said they would refund the money by check to us and we would then

Do not move here! It's great when you first move in, and they tell you that they expect “normal wear and tear” in the house when you move out. It's not true! They will charge you for as much as they can when you move, whether or not it is normal wear and tear. If the backdoor has scratches on it they will charge you 400 for a new one! I was charged over 1000 dollars to move out! I have lived on base my entire life, and this is by far the worst housing I have ever seen. Right before they send a survey out they will give everyone free pizza too so that you rate them good, don't fall for it! They

If you enjoy having your command called after one written warning while everyone else in the community's yard looks ten times worse than yours then feel free to move in. The lawn maintenance is done about once every four weeks. The manager and her goons drive around giving warnings to the residents who are not their favorites while neglecting the things that need to be maintained. If you do not have to move into base housing then do not do it, if you do though make sure you pick any place but Midway Park. Do not say I did not warn you. Enjoy.

We chose to take older housing to get the concession back. First time they sent it, our check was messed up and they had to reinstate one and waived the $30 fee and then were waiting on our second check still. It's frustrating waiting on the concession check because its not reliable. It was supposed to be here on the 20th and I called AMCC to see if there was a hold up and they just told me to call back Monday if we still haven't received it. Maintenance has always been fast and reliable. I appreciate that. I'm on the fence about renewing our lease come 9 months.

Given what is offered to a service member out in town, this company really cares about service members and their families. The response time we get from Maintenance is bar none what you would receive otherwise. A lean staff yes, but they give all they have to us. Answering calls in the middle of the night, without complaint, and definitely have become a family away from family. The homes are more vintage in some areas, but between the understanding of what you go through, compared to what is offered in an all-inclusive rent it is pretty phenomenal. Not to mention, the running trails on base, the

Wow!!! A lot of horrible reviews. I receive my rebate every month and have received great maintenance care. When I did have an issue with maintenance they went above and beyond to fix it. Just be responsible. Take care of your home, your renting not owning. They also have a list of things they charge you for when moving out, follow the list and they don't charge you. Also they give you the first week to report any previous damages to the home that may have not been documented on the initial move-in walk through, which I took advantage of and wrote every little thing down so i couldn't be charged

We have lived in two AMCC communities since we have been stationed here at Camp Lejeune for over the past three years. First TT then we moved to Midway because our family was growing. I have zero complaints with them. In response to previous reviews, "poor condition living"? Most of these homes are no older than 10 years (ours is only 3 years old!). I've seen plenty of other base housing around the country and AMCC has the best looking by far and no where near "poor condition." If you do happen to be offered a house that you believe is in bad condition, you can decline it. And just a heads up,
