Worst Pool man ever!
Fidel is the owner. He cannot understand English.
Very unprofessional I don’t think he knows what he’s doing
I had him close my pool last fall.
He lost my plugs. He did not show up on the day he said he would be here
Gives me a price and closing the pool then after he closed it he change the price on me not a good guy don’t use this company

Called and talked to them 2 times and he said he would get right back to me or send me another guy if he couldn't. Texted MULTIPLE times and called them over period of 2 days and no response. Unprofessional and rude. I need help... pool pump is spraying water! So I called Elite and they helped right away.
