Gary's father, Bob Chipp, has been in the motorcycle industry since 1973 and a franchise Harley-Davidson Dealer since 1984. The combination of growing up on two wheels, being blessed with a natural mechanical aptitude, and the experience gained through working at the family dealership as a mechanic/sales manager all contribute to Gary's ability to lead the industry.

Just installed some 14" easy install bars on my 2013 CVO Road Glide went super slick and the kit they sent me and advice was spot on. Couldn't be happier

I have been waiting 3 weeks for call back on pricing and availability. No calls or emails have been returned.how do you expect your dealers,yes I am a dealer for them,to sell your products when they can't get in touch with anyone

I have become a fan for life. J&P Cycles screwed me by not ordering my hitch when they said they did 11 days ago(which they cant find out why I don't have it), so I canceled my order. I called FBI about my situation & Presley put my order in for my hitch & they will be sending it out in 2 days. That J&P Cycles is what I call service! It was more money but to me it's well worth it so far. Thanks Presley. Great job.....

Ordered the 3” drop seat kit. Awesome product, perfect fitmet. Would recommend this product to all the vertically challenged people who want to comfortably ride a street glide.

Called over with a problem about bags and fender that I didn't buy from them Gray and his CS pepole helped me out when I was at the end of my rope Thanks to all and a great looking part that fixed all the problems

DO NOT ORDER ...from them. I ordered a part based on there salesman advice. When the part arrived, it was the wrong part. I called them, he said return it...No Problem. No restocking charge. I did. Then they refused to refund all of my money. I was charge $51.00 for nothing. they actually told me, this is a hot selling item, too easy. It was not a custom order, nothing special about it. I filed a complaint with BBB, figured they would do the right thing, it is now a disputed case on there record as they refused to refund my money or provide a good reason. This company is more concerned with stealing
