Often times the most expensive part of asphalt maintenance is asphalt repairs. The high cost of materials, the challenge of finding a dump site, and increasing fuel prices make the cost of repairs hard to predict and control. GBR PAVING incorporates the latest technologies (such as grind load machines), as well as unique relationships with suppliers to give you a distinct advantage in scheduling and lowest cost of ownership.
As asphalt pavement age, they oxidize and shrink causing random cracking throughout the pavement. Cracks lead to potholes. Properly sealing asphalt cracks as they appear can more than double the effective life of the pavement. This is the best time to repair cracks and apply one or two coats of SEAL.
Check your sweeping contract to see what is included in the service price. If you have additional needs that are not included in the price (emptying trash cans, wipe-off can lids, blower work behind the building, hand pick-up trash from planters, blower trash-enclosure, pick-up abandoned large items left outside trash-enclosure), just let us know so we can price accordingly.

GBR Paving quickly replied to my request for an estimate. Owner “Willie” responded the same day and provided me with a “detailed” and very “reasonable” estimate. GBR widened my driveway and made a few designs in existing driveway to “enhance” appearance. Job completed as promised within two days. GBR crew very respectable of my home and did not leave mess and cleaned up at completion of each workday.
