I live in Columbus OH and via video call picked out a ring at Howard's. Ban helped me and was a joy to work with. Ban modeled the ring for me and gave me all the details regarding it. I had to have this ring so I purchased it. Ban made sure that the ring was sized and over nighted it to me. The ring took my breath away. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I will say that I plan on going back real soon because I need earrings and a necklace...lol.

Ban was my fiancés sales lady. She did an amazing job helping him custom design my engagement ring! They produced exactly what he drew up and gave him the upmost customer service! Keeping him updated with every step of the process through text messages, assured him that he made the right choice by choosing Howard’s Jewelry! She even followed up with him to see how the proposal went! We will definitely be coming back for all our future jewelry purchases.

I visited several other jewelers while shopping for an engagement ring and Howard's was by far the best in terms of service, selection, and pricing. This was the only jeweler which took the time to explain the various diamond ratings to me in a way which made sense, and even let me compare diamonds from different categories so that I could see the differences. Ask for Ban, she was incredibly helpful and made herself available to answer any questions before, during and after I purchased the ring. If you're in the market for fine jewelry, this is the only place I would recommend.

I found a gorgeous rose gold shaker necklace online and called Howard’s to see if it was available for purchase. They were able to ship it to me (in TX) the same day. It’s stunning in person, goes perfectly layered with the Jacquie Aiche pieces I wear, and you can’t beat the great price. I will definitely shop here again, they made it a flawless experience.
