For the past 14 years, Nicole Ferguson of Mountain Refined, formally Mountain Lodge Furnishings, has been learning the ropes, or more appropriately, the fabrics and materials, of running a successful home furnishing store in the Heber Valley. Mountain Refined is high-end rustic, refined, and tasteful furniture and interior design. I love exploring their showroom as it is always being updates, and they do awesome interior design works for homes around here too! Nicole is an artist through-and-through and it shows in her the homes she decorates and her impressive store, Mountain Refined in Heber. 1.) You have revealed yet another instance of dishonesty in mentioning that Corsicana was not satisfied with the photos -- this was NOT the case when I spoke with Corsicana. I am happy to submit whatever photos are requested and was given no guidelines. The mattress was on the ground to ensure that a solid, flat surface was used. Your staff has gone back and forth on whether that is or is not true - just as you do in this reply. Outline the photos I would need to ensure a refund and they will be provided promptly. Buyer BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH!!
We purchased 2 mattresses and scheduled to have them delivered to our home the following day. 20 minutes prior to delivery, we received a call from Mt. Refined stating that they did not have the 2 mattresses we already purchased, but only one. The manager WOULD NOT GET ON THE PHONE to discuss the situation but told the girl who called to make us pay $100 MORE for a different mattress. After attempting to negotiate, asking her to even meet us half way at $50, they refused. And again, the manager refused to take our call. NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! We had previously purchased

I had an wonderful experience purchasing my couch from SarahJane and Nicole at Mountain Refined. Sarahjane was very knowledgeable of the products they carry. I was overwhelmed when I first walked in but she helped me figure out exactly what we wanted. She helped us choose our fabric based on our colors at our home.
