My wife had a tire blow out in Oneida, and Reed's saved the day! Not only did they get there when they said they would, the price was very reasonable and both gentlemen we dealt with were super friendly. She says John is her new hero!

I posted this first but this may not be the same as the other Reeds Towing Service....I can't delete it
Had to use roadside service with Geico at 7:30am. They assign me this company and said ETA 9:00am. At 9:15am I call Geico because they have not arrived. This company says they cannot reach thier driver so Geico has to reassign another company. NOW MY ETA IS 11:00AM. If your company can't deliver then you should NOT be a part of the program!!! I have 2 children that I am trying to get to school. What a huge waste of time and inconvenience.
