This company is not professional at all. not recommended.
Just a heads up here, if you do not hire them for winterization, they don't honor their warranty at all, even you hire other professional irrigation company to do the services. PS: they charge much more than other companies in the area.
I realized this warranty issue when a nozzle is broekn and has nothing to do with winterization at all, and the reason given was that they didn't provide the maintenance. My way of thinking is that this is like buying a car, as long as the car is serivced at the professional places at customer's choice

Completely unprofessional company. My house is a new build, and the builder used this company. Decided to continue service through their contract. Older gentleman (Rick I believe) came out to service my system since I had some larger areas that were browning, while others were getting the little mushrooms and rather soft. He made some adjustments, and I watched the system for a week to see if it helped. Some improvement but still had large brown areas despite the system running 120%. So I asked him to come out again. Guy shows up an hour and half early during my daughter’s nap. Talked to him

We have only had Spring for a year so far but we love them! It is a father and son business and they are very prompt with their service. We just got steps put into our backyard and the concrete guy said he could situate the sprinklers but he just left a mess! Eric came the next day (after meeting during our appointment) and fixed EVERYTHING. Spring is a great company and I would suggest them to anyone.

I have left voice mails with this company to have lines and heads replaced with no call back. Why can no one answer the phone at your business? After two rings I received the voice mail on one occasion. I wanted to PAY for service to be done. You have lost a customer and any recommendation. Thank you for the very poor customer service.
