I am a property manager in Santa Cruz managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. I had Erik Karlsrud of Taylor Painting meet me at one of my shopping centers to bid on a job and was instantly impressed. Erik was very thorough in his bid, and demonstrated expertise in the field. As such, I awarded Taylor Painting with the job. While painting they were very communicative with myself and with the tenants. They offered quality work; the shopping center looks fantastic! Great work!
Over the past year, I've used B. Taylor Painting to do several large commercial paining jobs as well as interior construction work. They painted several of our anchor stores and then the entire exterior of the mall I run. They also coordinated a large interior construction project for a national tenant. Every time, they did great work and were easy to work with.
I've dealt with Brian as well as several of his supervisors and tradesmen. My staff and I have found them prompt, professional and thorough. Their work is top-notch and they have always been very competitively priced

Sloppy!!! These guys have been painting our apartment complex for the last several weeks. As a tenant, I have several issues with the way they are working.
1) They are super messy. They have accidentally smeared paint all over the inside of our elevators (on surfaces not meant to be painted), and left it until tenants reported the mess. They have smeared paint in much the same way on my 4th floor windows. This is not overspray, mind you. This is a paint-loaded roller accidentally bumping up against surfaces not meant to be painted, but also not protected with paper/drop cloths, etc. Naturally
