If this is your first auction, please feel free to ask our friendly staff any questions you may have before the bidding begins. Arriving prior to the auction will allow you time to preview the items and locate your favorites. Should you have questions while previewing the auction items - simply find one of our smiling staff members and they'll be happy to help.
Don't throw anything away - often when handling an estate the tendency is to throw away items that appear to not have value. Please do not throw anything away until our team has reviewed your estate. The phrase, "One man's trash is another man's treasure", is true and proven. Don't become overwhelmed - simply call us.
I'm on my second experience with Corbett, this time a hoarded property. They have found some great stuff to sell and have done an immense amount of work clearing it out. Again, a life saver for me! A friend referred me to Corbett and I had a 3300 square foot house full of stuff that I needed to clean out for an estate.

The auctioneer was focused and fast but he did take the time to ensure the bidders knew where they stood in the process. In 4+ hours, there was only one time we had to stop to clear up a miscommunication caused by one of the bidders.
All staff from the front desk to the warehouse workers/loaders were professional and pleasant. Interacting with them made for an enjoyable day.

I HAVE BEEN GOING A FEW TIMES NOW , I ALWAYS BUY SOMETHING, NOW I AM TRYING TO SELL SOME OF MY STUFF THROUGH THEM , I WILL UPDATE. Beware! They do not take care of there items and often let good items get damaged. The worst is there fire rounds where people bring up boxes they want to bid on. They always let their friends mix up items in boxes which is very unprofessional. They are very rude, unorganized and if you plan on selling here don't expect them to get to your items for a long time as they have close friends who bring them stuff every week and put them ahead of everyone else. Takes months

Initially, they seemed to be extremely legit and professional The process of how they do things when you auction off any of your items there, is you leave it with them for them to sell and you sign a contract saying that when your items sell they write you a check and send it in the mail to you. They take 30% of each seller. We have been waiting over a month to receive any type of payment from them even though our items were sold more than 2 weeks ago. We got told that shouldnt be any longer than 2 two weeks for the whole process. Also every time that we called to check on the status of our items

We’ve been here a couple times and now I see what’s going on, there seems to be some “regulars” (shop owners and online resellers) who have weaseled their will into the auctioneers. Instead of progressing their way naturally from table to table allowing everyone to bid on what is there. They went immediately to the CHOICEST items and started. This allowed the resellers to buy low while everyone else is just getting settled in or distracted with the outside items. If the goal is to maximize the money for the estates they represent then someone’s getting ripped off.
