This was me and my wife’s first home buying experience, which we were excited for after a very challenging year of losing our 3 year old son to a lifetime of medical challenges this past June. Julie was referred to us and we were told we would be in good hands. We expressed very early on that we were first time buyers and would like to have steady… communication with the team throughout the process. This DID NOT happen.
