Act as the Manager of Environmental Affairs for the business, providing or arranging for actions required to comply with environmental laws and regulations that apply to the business, including keeping management informed, performing inspections, keeping records, training employees, arranging for testing, finding vendors, interfacing with government officials, preparing required reports to governmental agencies.
Our Environmental Professional meets the definition of an "Environmental Professional" as defined by 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b) and can address the performance of the "additional inquiries" set forth at 40 C.F.R. § 312.22.

We follow the nationally accepted and published set of standards for Phase I ESAs, the American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM) E 1527-13, "Standard practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, " fifth edition. The Phase I ESA consists of four parts: records review, site reconnaissance, interview with owners and occupants and local governmental officials, and report.
Prepare governmental-required permit applications for various businesses and various operations within a business, including air quality, ground water quality, surface water quality, and hazardous waste. Prepare periodic reports required by governmental agencies, usually to comply with permits. We have many years' experience successfully preparing required environmental permits and reports.
Work alone or in concert with other members of an interdisciplinary team to prepare documents required by the federal National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), including Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, and Categorical Exclusions. NEPA requires analysis of impacts, alternatives and mitigation measures for all major federal actions affecting the environment.
