This process is for any garment that can be dry cleaned in our dry cleaning machines. With today's ever changing fashion and textile production, many garments are designed to be DRY CLEAN ONLY, while many others can be dry cleaned as long as the care label does not say otherwise. Examples of care label instructions that would NOT allow us to dry clean a garment include: "DO NOT DRY CLEAN, " "HAND WASH ONLY, " and "WET CLEAN."
Our dry cleaning process is for any garment that can be dry cleaned in our dry cleaning machines. We know with today's ever-changing fashion and textile production, many brands make their garments to be designed to only be dry cleaned only but you can also dry clean garments without the specific care warnings.

Schedule a pickup via our website or by downloading our custom app. You can pick the first available date and time window or any future day that works for you. Please keep in mind that you do not need to be home when our valet arrives to pick up your clothes.

The first available delivery day and time window will be 2 business days from time of pickup, but you can schedule your delivery for a later day and time.

It appears as though this business is under new ownership, I noticed none of the previous employees were there on my LAST visit and their prices have doubled. But more importantly the quality of cleaning has gone from great to extremely poor. They destroyed every button on my husbands sport coat, unfortunately I didn’t see the sign behind the cash register that listed multiple things they are not responsible for. Apparently the pressing machine was not working properly I could go on and on but needless to say we won’t be going back to Unimpressive Cleaners.

I've been going to this dry cleaners shop for a few months now. Always had a good experience, but was even more impressed with my recent visit. I had a dress that smelled GOD AWFUL in the underarm area, and asked to deodorize it when I dropped it off for cleaning. I got it back and you can't tell it ever smelled in the first place. It smells so good! Beyond impressed!

First time I used them I had nothing to complain about. Second time, I had white hair all over my clothes, which they said had to be on my end; I don’t have a white pet and even so, why wouldn’t you remove the hair, I am paying you to clean my garments. Third issues was they do not take special requests, for example pressing the sleeves, they say it was in order to keep the prices down and even though I explained that I would pay extra for the service, the said no. And the customer service is horrible, they do not care about retaining their customers.

I haven't tried the delivery service yet. I go in every week to pick up and drop off my suits. They are always done well and look great when I pick them up and I have never had an issue with customer service. Everyone is very pleasant and my phone number gets me in and out very quickly. Fantastic dry cleaner!

These guys are the very best cleaners I've ever had. My husband and I use them weekly as we are both working professionals. They offer free pickup and delivery with a very small minimum. They are always courteous and helpful and whenever we need to make changes to our pickup or delivery location they always go out of their way to help us. Also anytime we want something done a special way, they oblige without question because they really do care!

So far it's a strictly based on new account set up & drop off. Told me it's 2 day turn around to come back Monday BUT if I wanted to pick up tommorow for FREE I could. What?! And it is to be cleaned, pressed and ready in 1 day??!!! Wake me from this dream. My Parler cleaner took full week for JUST press AND the price was 5xs. I had a 5% coupon from Five Star you should you. Cannot wait to complete review tommorow.

Cheap ! Their flat rate of $2.79 that makes it so easy. I used to come here a lot more when I worked close by and it was $1.99 for everything. now it's so far away and not very convenient but I try to come by when I am in the area. They have the one day turn around service for free but I usually don't need that since I don't come back until in a few weeks after, however it is nice for peeps that want to pick it up the next day.
Highly recommended this place. You can't get $2.79 price for a dress any elsewhere.

I have been going there for a year or longer and the last time my husband picked up our clothes without knowing what I dropped off. Instead of his $300 perfect condition Burberry dress shirt only worn on a few special occasions we got some cheesy off brand shirt that doesn't even fit him and isn't his. They supposedly searched the store without finding it and then said we could fill out a claim. All claims require a receipt which of course we can find. Even if we could the shirt is a couple years old but barely worn and would be depreciated. I don't know

This place is the best cleaners I've ever been to. They always have next day service even if I drop off right before they close. My clothes always come back clean and pressed very well and at ONLY $2.50 per piece. They stand behind their work and always take care of me and shockingly always remember me by name, even though they probably help hundreds of people a day. They are always nice and courteous and the store is always clean! To top it all off they are an organic dry cleaners and completely environmentally friendly and my clothes never smell like chemicals! This really is the best place

I have been going to Impressive for almost 3 years...started going to the one on Hampden, moved and was so sad to have to find a new dry cleaners, just to discover they opened this location close to my house!
You absolutely cannot beat the prices! And there is a little of the "you get what you pay for" in terms of the pressing isn't always perfect on shirts, especially women's laundered shirts, but just have them dry cleaned (assuming you don't want starch) and they do a much better job. They've never taken issue when I've asked them to redo pressing. And

Customers complain all the time. When a product/service falls short of its promise customers often make sure the business knows about it.
And that's the good news, because at least they're giving you a chance to make things right. In worst-case scenarios, disappointed customers never tell you what went wrong, yet they talk to friends, family, or colleagues about their "horrible experience," which can really hurt your business.

This is the cheapest laundry place in 5 mile radius from my place.
$1.50 for a shirt. $3 for a pair of trousers. 1 day service.
For a guy who hates ironing clothes, this is a godsend.
They don't provide the more advanced cleaning like wedding dresses, but for a n executive who doesn't want to spend his free time ironing shirts, this is just perfect.
