THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I walked in to try to get my tire changed because they were right down the street and I needed to get me and my niece off of the road and they didn’t even speak to me when I walked in and told me they could not help me because they were closing soon. Did not GREET ME, did not even check out my tire. I understand that you were closing soon, but right when I walk in you don’t speak to me, you look at the clock? Yeah, I will never come back to this place!!

Story Time: My Subaru Forester has been hesitating on acceleration for about 6 weeks. We have changed the spark plugs, and that helped until yesterday. I was driving my car, and suddenly it wouldn't go past 2000rpm, and was struggling with even mild acceleration. So I took my car to Richard's Car Care on May in OKC.
They performed a diagnostic and determined that the spark plugs were bad again. They showed me cylinder

I've taken my Odyssey to Richard's twice now, both times the service was excellent! My first visit was merely because of convenience to my office and I needed scheduled maintenance that is pretty much an all day job. The price was fair (I called several shops including dealership) and the work was done correctly. I got a complimentary ride to and from the office and everything went as expected. The second visit was for a mechanical issue with my old van making some seriously troubling noises and leaks. It's an old 2007 van with 200k+ miles so I fully expect things to go wear out

Provided my own fuel filters for my 17' Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins. Which I was in previously to have the 10k mile service conducted and found out after I returned home that day the fuel filters had not been changed. So I provided the fuel filters today, asked to be worked in. All is well, got the bill and paid. On the way home called the Dodge dealership and asked what labor is alone if I provide the parts, $100 dollars less than Richards for the same job. So I immediately called Richards and asked if I was charged for the filters, because they are about $100 total. They look and answer "

I usually do not write reviews but usually read them in order to get an idea of a business and how they operate. I felt the need to share my recent trip to Richards Car Care and possibly help save someone else's time and money. I went in on Saturday 6/2/2019 for an A/C problem due to our vehicle blowing only hot air. We left the vehicle over the weekend to have it diagnosed and was contacted by the owner Brian Richards on Monday 6/3 to say that there was extensive damage and refrigerant leaking. The shop will need to replace multiple parts and do a lot of repairs. Having a mechanical background

Not the cheapest place in town but they are the best quality as far as I am concerned. They honor their work and take the time to give you a detailed explanation.
They are a family owned business and treat you as if you are part of their family. It is nice to have a place I can send my daughters to without being afraid they will be taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

I called ahead to make an appointment to get a quote. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and asked for a specific service. Chris at the desk said "Well we need to run a $120 diagnostic." I told him I was not interested I just needed a quote. He then told me he will take a look at it and call me before they do any work. He then calls me about 30 minutes before they close...7 hours later and says this is what I need...I said I just wanted the spark plugs changed and wanted a quote for that service. He told

Richards has been servicing my trucks for over two years on a regular basis. They've done major maintenance and scheduled services. They are very good at diagnosing and repairing. They stand by their work and I refer people to them regularly. There prices are a bit high, but I've found it worth the service after the fact. I even send my mother in law there.

Took my minivan in because one of the lug nuts was cross threaded. Not only was the estimate they gave me totally off, it took three days for them to fix it. I had to keep calling to check on it. I will not go back.
*UPDATE -- Had a flat on one of the tires I bought here and when I took it to a different repair place I was informed the tires Richards put on we're the wrong size. They were a smaller size than the original tires. I would rate no stars if possible.

My car with almost 200K miles feels like brand new! They do quality work and use good quality parts. Very friendly and they kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. Looks like I'll be driving this car for a lot longer now. Maintaining my current vehicle is much cheaper than getting something new. Highly recommend.

I took my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold. After they took a look at it, they told me my car needed $4600 worth of work. They tried to tell me that the air compressor was bad, both front struts were out, a tie rod was broken, my catalytic converter was bad and that I needed two new tires. I would have been more inclined to believe him if he hadn't made the comment that imports are great until they hit 100k miles and then they go downhill. My car had 105k on it at the time. I don't believe that comment for a second because I've had several
