This is definitely a GREAT Company! I highly recommend it! I had a few tax issues and they have ALL been resolved. I needed an amendment for 2018, advice on 2019 (since I was used Turbo Tax) and to file 2020 taxes and receive the 2nd payment stimulus. I am a busy woman the Associate(Mr. Slaughter ) was Kind, patient, and walk me through what I considered a complicated situation, but turned into a smooth transition. Great professional service! For years I’ve always filed my own taxes, but I connected with Facts & Figures once my returns became more complicated. They were very good at answering my questions and explaining the numbers to me. I’ve learned a lot from them in the process and they found ways to maximize my refund.
