Have my mortgage through Launch, they have forgot to make payments on my homeowners insurance twice. My policy was canceled due to lack of payment, Launch started a new payment that increases my monthly payment by $500/month.
Recommend getting a mortgage through a company that can write a check on-time once/month.

Recently purchased a car and my loan is with this bank. I wanted to set up online banking so that I one had the convenience of paying my auto loan on line and two not have to mail in the payment. In order to sign up you need the account # which they don’t provide you on your materials they sent. So I call the bank and they won’t give me my account number unless I go to a branch and request it. Seriously with COVID running rampant in Brevard. Seriously annoyed and haven’t even made my first loan payment.

Angela did the finance on the truck I purchased last August, she went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. She is currently working on the finance for my new truck. Angela, Kendy, and Lori are so polite and helpful I literally drive out there on my Friday off if I have banking to do. They all go above and beyond for their customers. They are the nicest employees of any branch I’ve been to. These ladies are the reason I will never bank anywhere else. Thank you.

I have been dealing with Launch Credit Union for many years. Member Services Rep Connie Chiles has been my "GO TO" representative at my local Rockledge branch. She is knowledgeable, efficient and a tremendous pleasure to work with. Connie has always met my needs and than some, going beyond the simple requirements. I have just refinanced a new car loan with Connie's help making it an effortless process on my part. Launch Credit Union is lucky to have Connie on their staff and all of us who deal with her are lucky as well.

I worked with Angela at the Space Force branch and I couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism, patience with me when I needed explanations on certain things. She was always kind and quickly got me what I needed when I needed it. She is trustworthy and wants what is best for her customers and that was very clear in my experience with her. After my review the credit union had changed their tone and also changed the workers there.
In witch case is a good and a bad thing
in one hand it gets rid of the bad ones but also gets new ones that have to learn the system in place as well as the people that use their services.
In my case it truly has helped me but it gives me a bitter taste not knowing if they have been relocated or just letgo of their job.
My review was never ment to have anyone to lose their job but instead to educate new comers with new accounts what to expect.

The bank is a horrible rip off, they charged me 60$ in overdraft fees but the cash was deposited into my account but they hadn't counted it yet so it wasn't accessible to me.... how can you charge someone for over drafting when you have well over the amount of your charges!!! They are outdated, I do not recommend anyone to use this bank
