Lived here for 2 years and it served its purpose. Loved the location kept the place clean. The only real issue is they built the building so cheaply. Absolutely no soundproofing vinyl windows, wood construction, hollow doors zero soundproofing! With that said you hear your upstairs neighbor flushing the toilet maybe laundry goi

Bad area to have a Condo in. Tons of drug houses and drug addicts running around the area. Nice managers in the main office. Had no problems working with them. Horrible odors in all hallways of each building. Security is often criticized as usual. Shady people living in certain apartments of the complex. Maintenance is sub par day to day. Could use improvements asap.

The condos actually have an LA high rise condo kind of feel. The complex is nice. There are several pools, open grassy areas, a dog run in the back, and a nice cook out area near the main pool. The gym is actually really nice and offers a lot as well. It feels more like a real gym. Especially when compared to the rinky dink gyms most condos and apartment complexes throw out. There are a lot of relatively younger people who live in the complex as well. It seems to attract a higher percentage of trendier 20 and 30 somethings than most places I have stayed. Notice all the reviews that say local guide. The vast majority do not live there or know people there - they are just trying to up their own rating and that is why you cannot really rely on google reviews. I live in the area and know 3 ppl in the condos. The area is not good. In fact it is pretty bad which is why the condos are not that expensive and why there are so many renters. The condo units themselves are nice. The property is nice. It is a bit dangerous. I have been living in the Manhattan condominiums for about a year, I rent from the owner of the condo, and I have to say that the only reasons that this complex does not get 5 stars is because of a couple of things.
At 6am on a weekday and way past 11pm every day almost the people below me loooove to play their heavy bass music on blast (I mean, come on, I can hear the lyrics almost PERFECT to your irritating music). The security does what they can, but I also hate to complain when I don't know for sure which unit the noise is coming from. I really miss the old crew on the security staff because
