A couple of weeks ago, I came upon the dreaded “black screen” on my desktop. I searched online for places close by which provide computer repair and zoomed in on MDDesign24 because of their great reviews. After contacting the company, it took no time for Danny, one of the owners, to get back to me. He came to my home the same day, reviewed the problem, and took the desktop to the office with him. Not before discussing how much I was willing to spend on the repair. Two days later, I received a text message from him, stating that he had diagnosed the problems, had ordered the necessary parts

Mr. Eveington listened patiently while I described what my PC was doing and said he'd call when it was repaired. The work was done in a more than reasonable amount of time. My PC was all but purring when I got her back! His expertise and professional manner spoke volumes for the quality of MDDesign24 - I will call them for any future PC repairs I need.

I would definitely recommend Danny for any of your computer needs. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Turn around time was great. Rates are awesome. Even after I got my computer home he was still willing to provide tech support over the phone for a small issue I had hooking my system back up. Thank you again!!!!

Danny is highly knowledgeable and very patient in assisting others with computer set up and usage! We used his services for an iphone, computer, and an ipad. His services were very speedy. He walked us through how to use our equipment, explaining in detail passwords and being patient while we took notes. He's highly recommended.

Excellent service, prompt efficient service within 24 hrs., worked steadily until the job was done! I had absolutely no complaints, nor problems with Danny whatsoever.
