We carry bikes for all ages and levels of experience including: children's and youth bikes, cruisers, mountain bikes, hybrids, road bikes, accessories, gear, and trainers.

Services
Scott purchased The Bike Shop in 2016 to find a way to promote health and happiness to others in our community. As a Billings native, Scott has spent his life outdoors: hiking, biking, camping, skiing, fishing, and paddling. Scott finds his days off still filled with these same activities, only now accompanied by his wife and two children.
Commercial and residential exercise repair including local gyms and hospitals. Equipment includes treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, recumbent, and lateral trainers, and more. We can show on your scheduled date and time and will keep these machines fine-tuned for optimal performance. We can perform all repairs and offer exceptional maintenance programs to keep your equipment working smoothly every day of the week.

The Bike Shop is really the very best shop in the whole area ! They treat a person with respect and dignity, listen to your problem and recommend solutions, help you in every way possible, and are very reasonable in their prices. They are the friendliest shop I have ever known. They went above and beyond to help me with my rear wheel of my very 'old' bike, and took care of me right away from the start. I need this old style bike for my health exercise, and they fixed my bike problem promptly! I just can't say enough positive things about the Bike Shop ! I recommend this shop to everyone I know

For 2019 our annual weeklong bicycle trek to cross the country 200-300 miles at a time needed an outfitter for the Butte to Billings section. After initial research we contacted the Spoke Shop in Billings to rent 3 bicycles, including an e-bike for 9 days. Our total experience was wonderful - the bikes were ready when we arrived, the staff knowledgeable, helpful and congenial, and not a single problem with the bikes for the entire route of 300 miles. In dealing with numerous shops over the years we were impressed with the Spoke Shop and felt the need to share our experience with others seeking

I can't say enough about the Bike Shop. I brought in a vintage road bike that was in pretty rough shape. The gentleman who helped me explained in detail what needed to be repaired to improve the performance of my bike. My bike now rides like new and I really couldn't be any more impressed with the quality of work. There's no doubt where I'll be taking my bike for all future repairs -- I highly recommend this bike shop. Thanks again!!!
