Dr. Lindsay Chimileski is a licensed naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist. Through acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicine and hands-on therapies, she focuses on treating the whole person and balancing both mental-emotional and physical health.

Dr. Chimileski uses these natural therapies and lifestyle changes to reduce symptom intensity and increase mental well-being while identifying and treating the underlying causes of the symptom or imbalance for long term changes. This catalyzes healing and empowers the patient through the sometimes difficult nutrition and lifestyle adaptions that promote optimal health and prevent chronic disease development.

If your insurance does not cover you to see one of our doctors, you can schedule on this shift to be seen at a discounted, affordable, community care rate. Dr Chimileski will always be on site, overseeing all of the visits and treatment plans. Please note: Community Acupuncture will be limited to only 3 chairs, distantly spaced throughout a large room.
We encourage you to respectfully stop in, check out our bulletin board and visit our reception area anytime we are open to get a feel for the type of medicine we offer. Reception Area Sitting Room to enjoy a cup of tea and peruse the library of books on natural health, poetry, art, yoga, coloring (for children and adults!) and cooking with recipes and meal plans.
This is not your typical detox program. It is a comprehensive wellness plan designed to reorganize, renew and restore homeostasis and balance within. This program is an educational experience about your discipline, your connection with your body and your ability to prioritize your health. Using herbs, teas and whole foods to enhance absorption of nutrients, elimination of waste and detoxification.
IR saunas, like traditional saunas, are designed to enhance sweating and detoxification. Who doesn't feel stronger after a good sweat (and maybe a shower)? There is no denying that healthy sweating practices are important for detoxification of both our bodies and our minds. Sweating is the primary means that our largest organ (the skin) remove toxins and waste.
We already discussed the Omega-3 fatty acid content of walnuts. Let's take a look at other incredible nutrients that walnuts provide as an optimal brain food! If you have not seen our previous post on just what is the Doctrine of Signatures, do check it out, it's pretty fascinating! Walnuts are a classic example of this doctrine for their resemblance to the brain!

I have known Dr. Robinson since 2015. He helped me regain my health back when my conventinal PCP could not help me. Dr. Robinson does not rush to give remedies, he takes time to listen to his patients in order to understand their state of mind first. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone looking for a real health doctor who really cares for the well being of his patients. Such doctors are scarce nowadays. I don't mind driving about 2 hours for a visit with Dr. Robinson; it's worth it!!!

I just want to say it took me 11 years to find the right doctor that actually helped me with my ongoing injury problem that was progressively getting worse and that was Dr. Robinson. I had been to over 8 different specialists over a 6 year period then I finally gave up but after the 5th year I was getting so bad with my pain and body problems I couldnt bare it any longer. I finally heard of Dr. Robinson and ever since then my life had changed forever. He actually listened, gave advice and natural remedies. I had never thought I was going to feel better and then I started too with what he was recommending

I chose this place somewhat randomly several months back and am so pleased with that decision on every front that I feel compelled to actually write a Google review. Dr. Chimileski is an awesome naturopath in every way and she is going out of her way to try to help me in what is a really tough case. And she is doing it very skillfully. Great acupuncture too.

Dr Robinson always takes his time and looks for the root of the problem. He's a great Dr, I've been seeing him for over 2 years now.
