I called and scheduled 2 pedicures. I get there and everything was good, picked out our nail polish. We sit down and she had us pick what type of pedicure we wanted. All while not saying a word to us. Once we told her we wanted the spa pedicure which was the basic $25 she made a gesture and walked away. So unprofessional and rude. I did not once during the "pedicure" get my toe nails cut or filed and she did not do my cuticles like the sheet said. I would not recommend or ever go there again. I could have just done my nails my self. I believe the lady was the owner. And they don't even respect

Called to make an appointment for today before they actually opened with someone who answered the phone. I made the appointment for 12:30, gave my name and cellular number. I chose this place by their great 5-star rating. The salon was rated as the best nail salon in Steamboat Colorado. Arrived a few minutes late only. The salon did not have me down as having an appointment. A wedding party was scheduled in place of me. Service was poor at best to the point where the gentleman who was working on me left to pick up his son...

KN beauty salon is very good. The people is great, the place is clean, but the one major downside is that there is a lot of people going into the the place which make it take awhile, but it also means it is a great place to go if you want your nail down on quality than quantity.

I had my nails done with dip powder. Over half of them have lifted and one broke completely off. I have had dip nails for years from other salons and am able to wear them for a month with no issues. Horrible job. I now have to find a salon on vacation. Very disappointed will never go back.
