I always dreamed of having a career that allowed me to utilize my creativity. While attending Meredith College, I enjoyed studying different inspiring avenues such as fashion design, interior design, and child development, but I could not seem to find my niche. One day I finally realized that I could turn the hobby I enjoyed into a career I would love.

5 STARS!! One Belle Bakery made the most perfect wedding cake! Not only was it stunning and exactly what I envisioned but it TASTED amazing! Not going to lie, the best part of the whole wedding planning process was the cake tasting, ha! We tried a bunch of flavors at our tasting which were all delicious but we decided on 3 (yes we could not just pick 1). In our opinion a 3 tiered cake deserves 3 equally yummy flavors. The winners: Carrot, Chocolate Fudge and Lemon! Needless to say, our cake was the talk of the wedding! Sadly, we didn’t have leftovers because everyone went back for seconds! The

One Belle Bakery did our wedding cake and it came out perfect. We went with a Funfetti cake and we could not have been happier with the outcome. They made the process so easy for us and the decorations we wanted were better than we expected. Needless to say I am counting down the days till we can take our anniversary topper out to enjoy.

I cannot recommend this bakery highly enough! I frequented it in the 5 years I lived locally, and now it’s a MUST have when we go through (or anywhere near) Wilmington. The cake slices are to die for and there is a wonderful variety of flavors. The brownies are another favorite, but I’ve never had anything here that wasn’t absolutely decadent! I’ve never actually gotten a whole cake from there (hopefully one day!) but I follow them on Instagram because they are AMAZING. Visited this cute bakery today and so glad that I did. Upon walking into the bakery, I was met with the delicious aroma of freshly baked goodies along with a beautiful looking cake which was labeled, Coconut and pineapple cake with rum. I was sold right then and there! It was absolutely delicious! I also ordered cheesecake brownie for my husband and he admitted that he would be going back to buy more very soon.

One Belle Bakery was amazing start to finish. My husband and I just got married in June and we had them make our cake. I showed them a picture of the design I wanted and it could not have turned out more perfect. It was spot on.
As for the flavors, they gave us the option to have multiple flavors. We had a three tier cake and each layer was a different flavor. The guests were RAVING about how delicious the cake was. Even the guests who I know aren't cake lovers were going back for seconds and thirds.
We would highly recommend going through them!

Such a cute bakery with an extremely friendly and energetic staff. Great vibes right from the first step in through the door. Great variety of treats to choose from in the case. Lots of cupcakes, mini cakes, tarts, mini pies and cookies. They even have some dog treats! They had beach cupcakes that were the cutest cupcakes I'd ever seen. I didn't take a picture and wish I had. The time that went into decorating those did not go unnoticed and was appreciated. I had shown them an inspiration picture and they brought it to life! Everyone at the wedding had nothing but delicious comments to say about the cake! One Belle Bakery helped my husband and I celebrate our small but absolutely perfect wedding day!! From the beginning with my very first phone call, the staff was warm and inviting. The cake tasting was amazing, extremely professional, well organized and the flavors, my goodness the flavors were extraordinary. Any questions I had were immediately answered and follow up as the wedding got closer was incredible, even through Covid!! Started consulting through email long distance for my parents 60th anniversary cake and found these folks to be fabulous. The cake that they created and delivered was extraordinarily good. Very moist with amaretto. The oohs and aaahs were constant from everyone. The details were wonderfully personalized and meant a lot to my folks and their friends.

I ordered a Snoopy cake for my wife's birthday and what they made was a piece of art, we actually didn't want to cut it! They truly made my wife's day! I won a contest on z107.5FM for 2 FREE cookies, cupcakes or truffles. I'm so glad because it turns out the desserts are amazing, service is great and the atmosphere is inviting. I loved seeing the adorable cakes they created. I will also admit I wanted to eat one of everything! I was pleasantly surprised the cookie was sweet but not so sweet I only wanted a bite. I devoured the whole thing with a cup of milk. I will definitely be back the next time I need a sweet tooth fix.

I came by two Friday's in a row only to be let down by being told they were sold out of the Raspberry butter cream cake by the slice. I may or may not have cried in my car. The young woman working the register offered to ask in the back when more raspberry cake would be made and they said next week. I'll be back but if I drive all the way there again this week and they are out I may be boycotting my favorite business for a while. I just can't handle the letdown. I did not leave empty handed. Today I went to One Belle Bakery, this was an AWESOME decision.
The ambience of the bakery is very relaxed and the decor is clean and soothing. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and presentation of the desserts.
So I chose the Almond Amaretto donut and pecan tart for my Mother.
The donut is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Very fresh, soft, light and flavorful.
My Mother enjoyed the pecan tart and I quote very good per Mother.
I will definitely spread the word about this gem of bakery in Wilmington.

There is an increased presence of donuts stores in Wilmington, and as a donut aficionado I wanted to check out the newest business. We were immediately greeted by someone when we walked in the door and were tempted by two bakery cases. My husband ordered a croissant and my son ordered a fritter and I had the key lime donut.
